Difference between wickets to be increased from 22 yards to 23 yards as the time for the vatsmab to react is fraction of second due to increase in speed by bowlers with awkward actions allowed Nowadays.

Waqar Younis was a fast bowler of the Pakistan. He was very good bowler. His yarker balls were very dangerous. During his period Pakistan team was very strong.

Most of those yorkers are spot on, hence lbws are less. Beaten by pace and by the time they took thr foot away or save the foot, ball has already sneaked through.

I remember as a youngster we watched the Windies practice in South Africa. We wanted to get as many signatures as possible and when Curtly and Courntey Walsh came out they pretended not to see us - very elaborately - and they thought it was very funny. I realize today they had a job to do. I managed to get Carl Hooper's and Gus Logie. I was quite proud of that. My brother bowled the batsmen a few deliveries. The Windies won the Total Power Series, what a team!

When Kapil bowled his first over to Sadiq Mohd of Pakistan, the ball whistled passed his ears and Sadiq called for helmet which was very rare then. He showed that champion had arrived. Hall mark of his bowling is late outswing pitching on off and middle and kissing the outer edge and a terrific off cutter making the batsman shuffle and got on his pads. Even the king Richards struggled. Incomparable champion bowler.

89-92 waqar was express. Best strike rate and average but suffered 2 really bad injuries which left waqar with less pace so then remodelled bowling action several times and introduced an outswinger and slower ball
