Great video but sadly it's not helping my issue. Got false thread breaks like crazy... It's always a issue on and off for me. I think when the temp gets colder this time of year it tends to happen the most : ( Wish someone could help me lol this makes my job a lot harder.

Nice! I just downloaded the DS12 for professionals and I can choose to save in several modes but not in a png. I can choose JPG but offcourse PNG would be nice. Do you know the problem? Thanks
