Production Hat Run Time & Cost Using The Melco Cost Calculator

How do you add specifics in. Like that it is a hat not a flat item, the cost of the item, overhead cost. I have 2 heads but it shows 6 and will not let me delete 4 of them. Can only input stitch count, color change, number of pieces and hooping time. But if the calculator doesn't know my cost for the item, my over head cost (say per hour), and that I may only be running one machine, how is it going to calculate right? Maybe I am missing something but have looked through all the menus on the app and cannot see where to put this information

I tried using it but didn't do anything. The screen you on your video is not the same screen on the website. Do you have video on how to use it?

The Melco Cost Calculator is only for embroidery and not the blanks goods. Maybe I am missing something but have looked through all the menus on the app and cannot see where to put this information thank you for this feedback. We will pass it on to the appropriate people.
