Just so sad to see so many players that don't use any Skills, I get that buffing attack and dex is the most consistent way to play, but its really boring and the game loses character flavor since it really doesn't matter who you play.

I agree with this, sometimes I just want to roll attack dice and sometimes I want to use skills. Just depends on my mood.

Hi. There is a little prob with Your video.. Reinforsed Buckler is a heavy item, so takes spaces of 3, of max 4 item in inventory. That means if wanna keep it You are able to have just 1 more item. 😉

True damage doesn't remove buff HP - has to remove gearloc's HP.

I have a couple questions! When I have a guard dog in play and an enemy is attacking does the damage default to the guard dog? Also, when my .45 automatic is out of ammo is it discarded or can I place more resources? If so, does that cost an action? Thank you!!!!

When the enemy attacks you can divide damage up however you’d like as long as you don’t go above the threshold. You can reload with the extra ammunition card but there’s no default way to reload a weapon. Hope you enjoyed the playthrough!

To answer the remaining question. No, you don't have to discard your handgun if it's out of ammos. It is the case for other asset cards, but in such case it's written specifically on them. Since some other card effects will demand you to discard cards, this is quite important as it allows you to avoid discarding other useful assets.

I hope you backed Hoplomachus Victorum. I just received my copy and I am really enjoying it, it’s the same feelings I had when I first got TMB. And it is gorgeous on the table. Still learning all the ins and outs. Also, since you like Marvel, check out Marvel United. The base game is good, but the expansions really make the game awesome! Happy New Year!

Got all pumped during spooky season, spent a Hundy on the campaign box and investigator box and then clammed up half way thru dunwich and didn’t power thru.

Both Sabretooth and Mystique attacks were undefended even if I blocked one the other would have killed the senator. I was pretty much screwed that game!

@@spencerstabletop you blocked sabretooths attack with Colossus and you could have blocked Mystiques attack with your shadowcat ally. Am I missing something?

Correct I blocked the first attack but then the treachery card Gang Up initiates another attack for Sabretooth which was Undefended and I incorrectly added damage to my hero instead of Robert Kelly.

Marvel Champions is one of my favorite games. GG. The mansion attack is a very swingy scenario depending on what Villains and main scheme you get. You missed several retaliates against Cyclops as his optic blast is an attack. When he gets the Visor, it gains ranged and piercing and you wouldn’t have had to worry about the retaliate any longer. Also Mr. Sinister is Villainous and should be given a boost card when he activates. If I have one thing against Marvel Champions it’s the fact of having to remember all the triggers and responses.

You did well in just taking your time. There was a mistake around the 43 minute mark you discard the beatcop from hand to do a damage. Sadly that card needs to be in your Play area to perform that.

Nice play through! The only rule you missed that I saw was on your lock pick attempt around 39:00. You rolled both locks first attempt, but you can only unlock one and then exhaust the die and roll for the second lock- I hope that makes sense. I would love to see Nugget or Ghillie make a solo Age of Tyranny run! Great solo Gearlocs. Patches and Boomer are fun together if you prefer two hand. This is my favorite game by far!
