why 41million? how? flooring with unsealed tiles, using tile for baseboards, bathrooms tiling that is unsealed, lazily done kitchen cabinets with no toe-kick, high counter tops, jailhouse window panes with no casing, the eyesore sink bowls in common areas, exterior doors with no weatherstripping... 41million... how?

Easternville estate reminds me of SA or Namibian homes very well done and incorporating modern concepts on its architecture. Excellent homes and estate worth dwelling in Nairobi metropolitan area 💯 🙏

that property is not worth 41million probably around mid 20s ..plot is quite small and the interior is not as elegant and the view around the house is dull no greenery and seems conjested

The large windows are a big win for this house. Only thing to critique is the master bathroom; they should have put a freestanding bathtub where the toilet is and provided for a bigger sink and mirror, there is loads of space (and a bigger window too)

Nice tour. Home has several deficiencies and design flaws. The huge sliding windows have no screening and all the bugs, spiders, lizards have free access to the home. Also, cooking range is a burn and fire hazard waiting to happen. The island is too skinny to host the gas powered cooking range and needs about 2 feet of extra counter space top and bottom to accommodate such type of range. Bathroom floor tiles show mold build up meaning no tile impregnators were used to seal the tiles after installation.

Hello Lookie Homes, what's the size of the plot? Then i feel 41mil is a bit high.. The finishing is okay but not the 41 mil kind of finishing. The spaces in the house are just perfect. If someone is to pay 41mil then i expect quality, awesome looking doors across the house. The kitchen space was poorly done.. looking at the wall tiles in the kitchen is a bit disappointing and i expected with 41mil, the developer/owner should have included a few fixture, a cook top, hood extractor, oven and ( not a must) microwave but generally the house is okay. the living room was nicely done.

This is a dream house worked on by the owner and her team of developers. The owner would be happy to negotiate the price but says she can justify the price point. I agree the living space is a work of art. We have very unique finishes on every space in the whole house. It would be nice to visit the property and get to experience the feeling of being in it.
