Nice tour. Home has several deficiencies and design flaws. The huge sliding windows have no screening and all the bugs, spiders, lizards have free access to the home. Also, cooking range is a burn and fire hazard waiting to happen. The island is too skinny to host the gas powered cooking range and needs about 2 feet of extra counter space top and bottom to accommodate such type of range. Bathroom floor tiles show mold build up meaning no tile impregnators were used to seal the tiles after installation.

The developers are expecting the rental income to be around Ksh. 200,000 to Ksh. 260,000. The prices for the new units is $ 160,000 for the standard units and $ 186,000 for the Villas.
