The talent still procs intermittently without sheilun. I have no idea why, but the main purpose of the talent was to give us renewing mist resets more than anything not that we really need that anyway it’s just a nice touch. You can look for Heart of the Jade Serpent in buffs on details as well as in logs to check the node is still functioning. It’s working still for me this morning January 11th

as long as you track the buff you'll see it popping up giving you accelerated CDs on those spells. it's proc'ing based off of time, not based off of sheilun's consumption

you can also check details/logs after a key, or boss fight for the uptime

Basically if there are magic dispels that it would be bad to dispel at a random time, you run restoral. A good example of this is first boss in stone vault, if you dispel the tank debuff at a bad time you can end up wiping the group. So you don’t want to have to worry about pressing a panic heal revival then accidentally dispelling the tank. Also in raid, revival usually doesn’t work too well with raid debuff dispels since most dispel mechanics do not want everyone to be dispelled at the same time, that’s why we’d run restoral there so we just use it like a big heal and ignore the dispel part with no worries. An example of where revival can be good tho is on a boss like the 2nd boss in City of Threads that’s puts a hard hitting DoT on the entire group, revival not only heals everyone up but also cancels out that dot entirely. First boss in city of threads it can be nice to double dispel the debuffs as long as you communicate with the group. But yea TL;DR we take restoral so we don’t have to worry about mistaken magic dispels. Then we take revival if we specifically need the magic dispel portion, but default back to restoral. You can often times heal up things if you don’t have the revival dispel, but accidentally pressing revival in a bad fight/dungeon time can be way more detrimental.

Not particularly good for raid healing. The nature of enveloping enveloping mist builds means that you struggle to heal past 5 targets. Raid needs more renewing mist spreads and is generally a more renewing mist/vivify focused build. I’m not sure if I should make a video on raid healing since the new patch might be soon, but I’ll think on if it’s worth or not. Currently on Mythic Ansurek myself.

Haste > Crit >= Vers > Mastery

Haste is king, crit is secondary however some vers is actually not bad as you go into higher keys. For the citrine gems I use the shield one, the mastery one, and the old salt’s in the last slot. However I’ve seen mist-weavers have success with all 3 stat gems and I’ve seen a lot of players run all 3 damage pros gems. So it’s really up to you and what you prefer.

This is literally the opposite of making sense lmao, you can play whatever you want, but Mistweaver utility - Paralysis, Leg Sweep, Spear Hand Strike (the interrupt ability btw c: ) are all melee range (paralysis has a bit of range but w/e) and the class/spec is literally coded to receive melee mechanics. Always been this way, at least for a long ass time

I unfortunately cannot find that one specifically. however the need for that proc predictor was with the initial version of sunfury arcane. i haven't played arcane since that sunfury -> splinter meta shift, thats when I rolled healer instead. but it was included in the naowhui package, however that component in the middle was public from someone else, just cant find it at all right now, prolly outdated and deleted. that proc predictor was before we had aethervision in the tree, and you'd have to clip blast-barrage to double dip the charges

roll accepts directional inputs, so you can just by default press S then press ur roll keybind. one of the many reasons you shouldn't necessarily unbind backpedal. especially useful for the orb bait in that same part of the dungeon, where you often need to roll away from the boss, but maintain a perfectly straight line

yea changing any major UI element is disorienting at first. Just have to full commit if you wanted to change, and it’ll work itself out within a few hours of gameplay I think

@@notSachy i’ll try out your profile .. last one i tried was misfitted in my ui, everything was too big and misplaced

the profile should work with any sizes, so if you resize it a lot everything should still work properly. also note that Cell is one of the only addons you can actually drag the little anchor and move it during combat if you want. so like if you're mid pulling some raid trash and the leader invites more people then their new frames cover your bars, you can grab the little anchor in the top and move it at any time.

In 12s with quite literally 0 vers I’ve not been having any issues today. But I mean if you enjoy having more vers then just play with it, if it’s not broken why fix right. Can easily see 3-4m hps in a sketchy pull. And about 1mil overall on average. Also the reason people build vers is to live things in higher keys. You shouldn’t feel like you need it in 11s/12s

i prob doing something wrong in the healing rotation thats why im losing hps, yesterday i pulled of 1,8 million hps in grim batol 11 on big pull. And i managed to time ara kara 11+++ without any death or problem. Fistweaving was 100% more stressfull@@notSachy

I started experimenting with committing to more versatility after what you said and I do kinda see the vision. definitely less 'good luck' heals from crits, but might be more stable. i'll have to play a lot more to come to a conclusion, but you might be cooking something. i actually now somewhat think that only the haste matter to get the casts off, the secondary stat could potentially be literally anything else.

the font is GothamNarrowUltra i use for the damage numbers, can change it thru elvui settings but there might be some other addon to just change number font, not sure at this time
