Hi! I have the same problem with my f30, the thick brown wire has no voltage, should I check specifically the ground on the engine or what do yo suggest? Wiring looks good

@@brianpham70 yes, the m perf muffler doesn’t have the valve. Comes with a plug for the connector too.

I have the exact same muffler on my 2017. I installed the M Performance power kit last year and that with the muffler sound insane good with you switch to sport mode

Just so everyone knows..... Including Iconicars...... No, it is not AWLAYS a wire/ground issue. There are times that this connection fails internally inside the pump and the fix is to replace the pump. I definitely recommend doing all the checks this video discusses first..... but if you still have the problem, the pump is likely going to need to be replaced. So the verbiage of ALWAYS is a bit exaggerated.....

Most people just throw the pump at it first thing thats why this video is about wiring. 1 in 10 cars will be the pump, bmw tech 15 years.

Yes, I get that. Does not change the fact that stating it is ALWAYS the wiring is a false and misleading statement. Which was my point. I think your stats are a bit exaggerated, but, yes, it is more often than not a wire issue. BMW service adviser/tech 17 years. ;-) @@iconicars3050

Hi I have a f34 n20, 328 i 2015, it was not starting and when i checked for spark there is no spark so I check and it has the water pump module code, so was that your or anyone experience that the car would not start? Thank you
