AIRBAG LIGHT: Noticed your airbag light flashing on your dash. On an NA (at least on my ‘90), to make that stop, all you need to do is take the two wires that used to go to the airbag, and connect them together. Easy peasy. On an NB (at least my son’s ‘00), we had to install a 3.0 ohm resistor in between those two wires. Two reasons I don’t like seeing that light flashing… 1) Its annoying; 2) You get used to seeing a light on, and it might make you ignore a new/important light. Anyway, if you get a chance, you may want to connect those two wires. Thought it was cool that you took this car on that long trip. Cars are meant to be driven, and long trips like that can bring out little issues (like your coolant leak) that you notice and fix. 👍
