Good video. LEO Glock trade-ins are everywhere these days, especially 22s. 40 S&W is a good round but, in my case, I prefer swapping barrels out to SIG 357. My Glocks are truck guns. They're perfect for that. My EDCs are P365s. Subscribed, bell rang, commented, liked, upvoted, shared .... may the algorithm gods smile favorably upon your channel.

Is it supposed to be green out of the box? Or do you have to set it to green...because the one I just got and opened up is red, and I'm not seeing anything on changing the color of the reticle.

Yes green out of the box. The optic or the box will say HE or HS. If it says HS 507c then it's red. HE 507cis green.

I would speculate that that is a fairly fast burning powder to have that little difference in velocities, but I could be wrong.

This is no longer necessary. The LOP requirement came from Worksheet 4999 that was shot down. Its not lawful and just an ATF opinion which is not backed by law. There is no lop legal requirement.

It mounts straight onto a picatinny? I’m trying to figure out how to get this on my m70. It’s hell trying to research.

Yeah the mount goes straight onto picatinny. No tools needed. It just has a lever

You do have to tighten the one bolt. I got the rs regulate yugo lower for my m70. With a akrk upper. Cost $220 out the door. Plus the holo sun $335

The instructions worked until it says to press the "_" button and looked all over for that not recognizing they used quotation marks to designate the minus button! I have an IQ of 133 so that may be the problem...LOL:) Thanks for your help! I've owned two of them for over a year and never changed the reticle before giving up.

I keep turning on me auto brightness… but it doesn’t seem to be adjusting. Same with my shake awake, it worked forever then I recently finger fucked some buttons and now I’ve lost it. No idea how to fix it.

A great optic but with vision issues you may not be able to use all the features the reticle offers. On the plus side, the large red horseshoe makes a great red dot for close range shooting. Consider an LVPO with a FFP as a possible option. Adding a magnifier to your rifle is also a possible solution to vision issues with this optic.

LVPO's are awesome. I love how they don't need batteries to work and once you train enough they're fast to aim with.

@@WoodsDog I got a 503G on the 4th of July and took it out today for the first time. I test fired it at 50 yards and it printed a foot low and a foot right. More to the point, the horseshoe worked fine. My vision is such that I couldn’t use the rest of the reticle. I had not focused the optic for my vision. I have a 3X magnifier and hope it will be an improvement. Then I fired another rifle with a 1X10 LVPO. It is larger and heavier but seems well suited to folks needing visual correction. I fired a 3 round group, 2 were touching, the third an inch and a quarter out. Not bad considering I shot from a truck window. Red dots and vision issues just don’t seem to work together.

Haven’t mounted mine yet but last night I was just trying to take battery tray out just to do it and the tray is so tight in there I can’t get it out. Didn’t want to force anything. Any ideas? Should I just ram rod it out?

Shouldn't be super hard. I think there's a gasket that holds it tight.

Ues flat part on provided tool to pry, the tray has a gasket that makes it a little difficult
