I didn't realise Sai is nearly 30 I thought she was much younger, she does need to have that baby in the nexy year or two because womens fertility starts to diminish after that! What's sad about this is Sai really wants kids and because Adam already had one from his previous marriage, its not something he is particularly worried about. He should be thinking he wants to give Sai that experience, even just one so that she doesn't go thru life regretting never having them.
