Mad, mad respect for actually facing Eligor on his back. His attacks come out so fast (let alone needing to survive 3 phases just to get to that part) that I could never get past that section without resorting to Glyph Unions to outdamage him and force him into his back leaning pose, and one of the other videos I've seen just kept using hit and run tactics, jumping off his back to deal with his much easier tail instead.

I thought Ballos fight was the same gorey as other bossfights like the doctor and undead core, especially his third phase since it seems like his face got torn up and be all bloody. Looking closer I just realized now that those aren't bloods inside his face.

i spent 4 hours to beat this boss lol

before i played the game, i saw this final boss and i said "this cant be the final boss, an overweigh man with hammer"

it was so weird herring the same tune in the end credits to "gun star hero" for the final part of the game X3

I remember on my first playthrough of this game, this chapter was one of the hardest in the game. Everything was going smoothly until I didn't notice the Shaman with the Berserk Staff who proceeded to enrage Cormag, who attacked Gilliam. Gilliam would've been fine (he would've lived on 1 or 2 health and then I could heal both of them) if it wasn't for the fact that Cormag happened to be holding a Killer Lance and landed a crit on him, which one-shotted him and then some. After a reloaded save, I had Ephraim fighting Vigarde at the very end of the chapter, and Vigarde landed a ~5% crit on him, which forced another reset. I won on my next attempt after that, but this chapter taught me to be aware of what the enemies are carrying, lmfao

Just started playing this game, up to this boss. What are you doing when you sue the grappling hook? Does using the grappling hook give you a small window of invincisbkitky? Invincibility? If so I never knew that

I always thought this was a cool idea for a boss. I don't think theres a single part of this game i didn't like! Even the kero kero sewers were fun at some parts for me!

I defeated him in my 2nd attempt only using the model ZX, but I have to complete the game and fight him again to get the model OX.😅

I wouldn't mind if they used this sound and the yellow color for scintillation if they just kept the original sound and the green color for Luminaire. It'd make them a bit unique from each other.
