Rekordbox works with audio input form a microphone or line input. I do not think rekordbox sends out audio through the pc.

Rightclick on the track, create an effect line. Put an empty effect underneath the frame. Click the start of the frame, then on the right side, add a key effect >> geometric >> position and move the position of the effect to left (in the preview you should see the position change) . Click the last point of the frame, then go to the effect editor and add a new position to the right. Playback the timeline, it should now move as programmed.

Can you measure yellow a577nm also? I get maybe you can only do three ata time but can I add my yellow in after rgb. Can this talk back to beyond to drive my motorized dichroic motors?

Yes it can measure yellow. There is a button to "Add a wavelength", and to calibrate this wavelength. On the "G" column, click on "Add a wavelength", select it. Project a single 577 beam, and click on calibrate. Enter the power if it is known. Even if the power is not known, it can still be used for alignment and for divergence measurements. Note that the calibration should be done for each of the 4 corners

Beam quality looks like it suffers a fair bit. Is this essentially just three of your 500W units in a trenchcoat, relying on distance to make it look collimated? Would appreciate more videos on the technical internals of these systems, rather than the basic marketing stuff, so we can better understand what the tradeoffs are for different applications.

No... Dubstep is dead, and I go to the cheap Shehds stuff when I want a 1990s beam show... The market needs a high-quality beam. Give us a beam that is no more than 5mW in a 7mm hole, with a 20 mm diameter and minimal divergence, on a slowly scanning XY system so I can do a drifting beam over the audience and highlight the contour lines of key features of the show without messing with the CDRH at all. Make a PAR can or an ellipsoidal that has the coherent sparkle of a laser going through a spatial filter without the interference rings of a cheap POS that I can use as a stage light next to the conventional gear. Build a projector that sparkles like a laser projector, but doesn't need a CDRH variance.

You can contrl every zone as being its own fixture. Then in GM you can do for example a color cycle. I believe this is covered in the video.
