Ok did I do it wrong as it hurt like hell. Realised I had 50mm and not 25mm needles so didn’t go in as far as you but could definitely feel it in the muscle. Ugh.

Really nice build. Bit old now but would you say this intergrated rim brake version is more aerodynamic than the new disc versions?
@highcarbrider25 күн бұрын
Hey, yeah it's old now but still fast. I still race it but now have faster wheels and extensions. It is slower compared to the newer disc bikes but only marginally 3-5w. The biggest gains are in position, suit/socks and helmet. For example I found 18w (tested) in switching to Vorteq over shoes over the HUUB ones I was previously using.
@donr86825 күн бұрын
@@highcarbrider 3-5W is hardly much! I am building a TT bike for 90km and the older rim brake bikes are much more affordable and a lot more parts around. Not sure if I want to put the money into a new disc frame.

Nice one! Cheers mate. Three attempts on the road bike tire but it got up quicker than trying to do it without it. I actually use zip ties and a bit of tape to hold the zip ties on the rim and then got it to inflate. Yeah! Great cheers! Appreciate it! And a side note, tubeless tires on road bikes suck, 10 times easier on a mountain bike

Hi there, where did you find methylcobalamin in ampoule firm? I have pernicious anemia I've only been able to find it in powder form and have to mix it with saline myself. If you could share with you got that in Germany I would love it. My Germany pharmacies don't seem to have methylcobalamin only cyanocobalamin and sometimes I can find hydroxy thank you
@highcarbrider4 ай бұрын
Hi, did you try the link in the description?
@18eleanor4 ай бұрын
@highcarbrider Thank you. Yes, They only have cyano. As far as I know, you can't get methyl ampoules. This is an old video so maybe you used to. But methyl only comes in powder form as far as I know it needs to be mixed with injectable Saline. It comes in a multi-dose vial that allows you put the needle in over and over again to a vial which has the chance of getting bacteria. That's why single dose sterile ampules are the best. he is using a single dose methylcobalamin ampoule, but I don't think you can find that anymore. The most widely used cobalamin is cyanocobalamin especially in the US and in the UK they use hydroxycobalamin, but non of us can find methyl single dose ampoules. I was hoping he had the exact link to what he's using.

Yeah, after seriously mangling mine, I went and got a M6 cap screw as you recommend and corresponding not, and washer, and pried up the plug. It was pretty difficult, took a few tries but it popped out and now of course I see how it works. You absolutely have to get that thing out first before the purple part will come out

Just received mine from J&L and they don't fit on my old Speedplays..! The spindle body that goes inside the pedal is 2mm too big..! I don't know if the Wahoo spindle is different from previous Speedplay but those chinese spindles surely don't fit the old ones..! Since they don't accept returns, I'll try to get them machined to the originals..!

I'm just about to start taking the b12 injection myself, but am so afraid of hitting the bone, how do you avoid it? have watched lots of videos but think everyone takes it in slightly different places in the thigh
@highcarbrider10 ай бұрын
There’s a lot of muscle covering the bone so you’d have to have a big needle or a skinny leg to get close to the bone. The option is to take it in the butt. If you have a partner it’s really easy to get them to jab you whilst lying down
