doesnt work on GMAIL

Koofr free account works ok on an android phone uploads. But on Windows PC it will not let my upload anything, it shows as uploading then slows then repeats, then starts from beginning until it says network error then fails at uploading the item, tried chrome, firefox and edge. From research on the Koofr website they say its the encryption failing, Any ideas how to fix on a pc?

with =IMPORTDATA I cannot calculate further, because it shows that this cell is a TEXT cell and cannot be change to number. IDK how to overcome that. I tried to change the cell format to number, but nothing changes..

It's not working for me on all cryptos that are bellow 1 USD... google sheets is just ignoring the "0." and it's getting a way higher number than it should (so 0.123 becomes 123). Anyone knows what can I do? Thanks in advance
