Is this problem, I mean Plantar Fasciitis incurable?
@SoulInsole12 күн бұрын
We've helped thousands of people recover from Plantar Fasciitis. It can go away without surgery, but the method to recover can be different for each person. PF is a main ailment that our insole is designed to help relieve. Our insoles drop off before the forefoot and heel to somewhat suspend the bones and offload pressure. They also have medial, lateral and transverse arch support to keep the foot in proper alignment. Of course it can take time to heal and each person is different. Sometimes we need a combination of the right shoes, doing foot exercises, massaging out scar tissue, stretching the calves and other things like Epsom salt baths, resting and staying off the feet for a period of time, magnesium, turmeric + pepper, collagen etc. to fully recover. During recovery, it can be very important to keep shoes/sandals with support on and to not walk barefoot at all. So we recommend keeping supportive sandals or slippers by your bed at night as well to prevent the arches from collapsing, over stretching and re-tearing the plantar fascia until fully recovered.

Soul Insole, When it comes to those insert pieces that can go on the bottom, would it be a bad idea/not suggested to put more than one insert piece? For example, let's just say I wanted one of those insert pieces placed in the arch area and another one placed in the supination area, would that be too much? Is just one insert piece suggested only??? How should I or someone go about that sort of thing???
@SoulInsole26 күн бұрын
You can definitely place the Gel Ramp Supports in multiple places if needed. They can also be stacked if a thicker amount of support is needed. It's common to have a high arched foot that over supinates - so this type of foot may want to add a ramp for extra arch support and also add a ramp to stop the supination. The package will only come with 1 pair of Gel Ramps, but extra ramps can be purchased on our website (soulinsole.com/products/stackable-adjustable-ramp) for about $16 for 2 extra pairs of ramps. The ramps are already available if you'd like to try them out on some shoes or insoles that you already have. The BASE customizable insoles should arrive in 3-5 weeks. Please let us know if we can help to answer any other questions!

Hey nice exercises!! I have accessory navicular bone (big) in right foot . Can these exercises still be beneficial to lift my arches and strengthen muscles?? Or does this bone causes problems
@SoulInsole3 ай бұрын
These exercises should not cause any problems, even with an accessory navicular bone. If somehow one of the exercises is painful for you, then discontinue and consult your doctor. In general, these exercises will only improve foot health by increasing muscle strength in the feet.

How does one know where to place it?
@SoulInsole3 ай бұрын
It will be placed so that the front of the met pad is right before the metatarsal heads / ball of foot area. You basically want the front of the met pad to drop off right before wherever you are feeling pain/pressure so that it can offload the pressure.

Do you have specific exercises for Morton’s Neuroma
@SoulInsole Жыл бұрын
For Morton's Neuroma, my main recommendations are: 1.Give spacing to your toes by using toe spacers, you could also put your fingers in between all of your toes to help stretch/massage 2. Wear shoes that are spacious and soft with a wide toebox. 3. Wear shoes that have zero drop or a negative heel meaning the heel is at an equal or lower level to the ball of foot region. 4. Use an insert like a metatarsal pad or a ramp to offload pressure from the metatarsal heads. 5. go to a chiropractor that has experience with working with the feet - sometimes a metatarsal is slightly out of place and this can be a reason for nerve impingement

I am considering ordering some for my 89 year old Mom, with Parkinson's. She is a size 8 1/2 or sometimes 9 and she has very flat feet with painful neuropathy on heels, (she wears heel protectors from sheepskin to bed at night). She also has very bad over pronation on both feet. Can you tell me if these would really help her? It seems she should have some padding on her heel but maybe the way the Soul Insole works, she wouldn't need extra cushioning on her heels. I am looking for some comfortable slip on sneakers like sketchers, etc. for her also to wear with these insoles.
@SoulInsole3 жыл бұрын
Our insoles can help with neuropathic foot pain by helping with balance, controlling pronation and redistributing pressure more evenly across the foot to relieve pressure from the heel and forefoot. As neuropathy is experienced differently for everyone, some feel more sensations and pain, some are numb. Unfortunately for this ailment, the root cause does not reside in the feet, it generally has to do with nerve damage. So for this, our insoles can help with relieving pain associated with the symptoms, but it can't "heal" the neuropathy. We have many clients with neuropathy who love our insoles. We would also suggest to wear shoes that are spacious and soft and it for this case it can be nice to combine our insoles with a memory foam liner or very cushioned shoes. You are welcome to try them out to see if they help her. We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee, so if for any reason they don't work well for you, you can return them for a refund. We're here to help. Here's the link to our catalog: soulinsole.com/shop

How much time it will take to recover I have no pain because of my flat feet also when I just move my toe upwards I can see curve in my feet but when my I stand on my feet my feet are totally becomes flat so how much time it will take to recover 4 months 5 months years plz tell
@SoulInsole3 жыл бұрын
Hi Sami! The amount of time it takes to find relief and recover can be different for each person depending on what's going on with their feet. It can also be very beneficial to combine the exercises with wearing arch supports. If you are massaging the feet and breaking up scar tissue, it's really important to wear arch supports after so the the feet heal in a supported position.
@samriddhmishra21534 жыл бұрын
Hi sole insole!!! Can this problem reoccur if it is treated? If a person have this problem and he managed to treat it, does that person have higher chance of reoccurring that problem?
@SoulInsole4 жыл бұрын
Hi Samriddh! Yes, it can reoccur. Plantar fasciitis can be acute or chronic - there are many things that can affect it from vitamin deficiencies, acute injuries, chronic wearing of bad shoes/lacking support, being overweight etc. Exercising the feet and building up the muscles in the feet to support the arch and the ligaments and tendons is one piece of the puzzle to protecting and healing. Wearing good supports in the shoes is another factor that can make a big difference in prevention and recovery.

I'd agree, it can be a little more challenging to pick up a pen than a marble. Keep practicing with the marbles and eventually I think you'll be able to get it.

It's amazing what you can do when you put your mind to things and do exercises. Some people have even gone from paralysis of their limbs to having control of their movement and function again. We are not sure what the cause of your lack of movement is or if it is able to be fixed, but why not spend some time to see if you can re-build the brain to foot connection and get movement back.

If you're having foot problems stemming from pointing your toes while sleeping, then make sure the covers aren't tucked in tight at the foot of the bed. You can wear a night splint or strausberg sock to keep the feet in a more flexed vs. pointed position.

What is the difference between the clear and black insole
@SoulInsole3 жыл бұрын
@@emmanuelfranco3666 Deciding between the Shoe Bubble original Max Support (clear color) and the Shoe Bubble Pro-Lite (black color) is based mostly on amount of support needed, arch height and type of shoes that you're placing them into. If your arches are medium to low and the shoes have some existing support or a narrow midfoot region, it's nice to use the Pro-Lite so that you don't end up with too much support. If your arches are medium or high and your shoes are flat and cushioned, the thicker Original Shoe Bubble can be preferable. In general, for an increased amount of relief for more serious foot pains, we recommend the Shoe Bubble original with the more substantial amount of support. The Pro-lite is thinner - about 2/3 the thickness. So, the Pro-lite is often better for preventative purposes and for those who's arches are lower and more sensitive to support. Please let us know if you have further questions. We are always happy to help.
