I actually think Trent's position was used well when Klopp made the switch to 3 at the back and Trent was given a floating role. A position never really seen in football. Liverpool have 3 excellent defenders in Konate, Van Dijk and Robertson. Robertson is positionally disciplined and more of the traditional left back you see but he is a very good defender.
