Let the young guy grow and learn.Don’t rush him he is still only a young lad .Treat him with respect and don’t put pressure on a young prospect

Klopp was a brilliant manager who wore his heart on his sleeve, a charismatic man who's enthusiasm is sadly lost

The signing is a no brainer if you look at the fee and potential. If he is injury prone nothing major lost. If he turns into a beast it will be the signing of a decade.

I actually think Trent's position was used well when Klopp made the switch to 3 at the back and Trent was given a floating role. A position never really seen in football. Liverpool have 3 excellent defenders in Konate, Van Dijk and Robertson. Robertson is positionally disciplined and more of the traditional left back you see but he is a very good defender. The best Scotland have produced since Hansen or Hendry.

He's good for Liverpool. Full of quality and potential. There was one slightly annoying moment at Old Trafford when he should have just put the ball in the goal but instead decided to be too clever........maybe even arrogant. I don't want to see him do that going forward. Ice Cold and consistent please.

Szoboszlai's performances right at the start were brilliant. They changed when he understood what Klopp wanted from him. To be the new hendo and cover Trent. It was klopps tactics for his midfielders that suppressed him.

But Liverpool have sold or are trying to sell some of the ‘talents’ mentioned. Strange by FSG, when they didn’t need to sell for PSR reasons!
@Neil_MALTHUS
@Neil_MALTHUS 10 күн бұрын
Look, it's not rocket science. Liverpool find the best talent and then work with it. _At some point though, when push comes to shove,_ you have to make a decision as to whether a player really does have first team potential or whether they're just occupying a slot that could be better utilised by a different player of greater potential. The bottom line is the success of the men's first team. Nothing more, nothing less. For reasons of glory, for reasons of revenue.

Simply no path to the first team at Chelsea. The only path young talent makes there is towards the exit door being transferred for huge profits to make way for the next over-priced "bling" player for Boehly's amusement.

Klopp's liverpool was not very good when it came to protecting players from injuries. A dip in form was inevitable. It happened to most of the players in the final half of 2023/2024 season.

Szoboszlai is a creative player. Under Klopp he had more defensive duties. We can say that he was tiered and so on, but these are only theories without comparing how many km he run per game, or minutes he played.

I think klopp has had his hey day he was never a shankly or paisley, move on personally did not like his pampering of players and having no rivalry. He was good but not great! That's my opinion oh and too political I think football should be just football. All this chatting around the table after the game with those 2 firms men carragher and neville is just ridiculous!

He left because he knew fsg wernt going to invest. He also was frustrated that as a result he couldn't compete against city. They certainly wernt getting punished for their 115 violation. He said it in his first line interview. He said it not about money and owners. They never backed him. Owners need to go

British fans have sold their sport to crazy oil money and let Man City lie, cheat and steal the title year after year. They don’t deserve Klopp because they refuse to clean up their sport. How many violations are City up to now, well over 100 but year after year they just defer judgement and the lawyers find more loopholes. Blaming Fenway Sports Group for not having oil money is a lame excuse for the British public’s lack of ethics and spine. I say this as a huge LFC fan, and as an even bigger Klopp fan it breaks my heart to see him go, but I don’t blame him one bit for getting tired of being forced to swim upstream year after year when City has such an unfair advantage and the fake pundits do nothing but heap glowing praise on Pep and ignore his obvious and massive advantages.
