I thought he was quiet. What happened??? I've been watching and talking to Andy since 2012. Dies anyone know how he died? Condolences to family

You wouldn't have had money issue if you didnt waste it on booze. You would have had much more money, health, and you'd be alive today. Im surprised you went on as long as you did, but still .. I'll miss ya.

@@thespiritsafe then you haven't thought about it
@thespiritsafe6 күн бұрын
@@sethcaine3659 no I've given it plenty of thought. You need to tell me what you mean. Perhaps I didn't convey very well what I meant in my original comment. Andy worked his entire adult life trying to get to retirement. He spoke about what he wanted and it wasn't lavish - he just wanted to get an RV and explore Canada in his retirement, and have a place to call home. He didn't achieve that, despite working his butt off. I was just reflecting on this.
@sethcaine36596 күн бұрын
@@thespiritsafe Yes, I am aware of all you said, but if you put honest thought into it, your conclusion would have come to a different conclusion. Be honest with yourself.

It’s definitely worth at least looking for a different job. If you’re already being forced to dip into your retirement with 4 and a half years to go, there is a good chance that you’ll have none by that time and still be in significant debt. I understand exactly how you feel about getting a different job, it’s going to be frustrating, but I have a feeling it will be some time before the economic situation gets better. The furthest I’d hold out if I were you would be summer of next year, if that doesn’t revive your fortunes I think nothing will. Just my opinions from the outside looking in.

I've been retired for 2 years now and I can say that you have to live modestly but no surprise as Switzerland is very expensive. Costs go up so we scratch into the retirement fund... I feel for you and hate to see how the field is evolving.

I hope so too, but I already loathe the oncoming January and February... I just hope uber screws more drivers and customers so that we can get back to what business as usual used to be like.

I always wonder how a city of that size does not generate more cab fares... it really has to be the economy or Uber...
@foodquigАй бұрын
Uber contributes. You put more mouths out there, and there's less food for each mouth. The poor economy contributes. You put less food out there, and more mouths go hungry. Hardly anyone goes out to pubs and restaurants anymore, and the young kids learned not to party from their COVID experiences. The last years before retirement are going to be hard ones...
