I guess people don't have wallets as much anymore. I carry a little bit of cash in my phone case, but only big bills and no coins so it doesn't take up much room. Mmmm, canned herring is lovely once in a long while. I have to leave a lot of time between but sometimes it's good.

What I have found is that those electric bikes (if that was the case) come a lot faster than expected… had a few close calls as well…

I don't recall if the bike was electric or pedal. If it was a pedal bike, he should not have been there... Maybe it was electric.

I can't see things getting better any time soon. Everything is expensive and wages are not going up any time soon.

Where I live in the foothills of northern California paying with $100 bills = Pot grower or someone who works for Pot growers.

Could be, but pot is legal here, it's grown on farms, and they even have cannabis shops on almost every corner...

@@foodquig Here too at least by state law but the illegal market is thriving because playing the legal game in California requires a lot of money

I have a class 2 licence. Means I can drive a coach or school bus. 16 ton rigid trucks even. Don't know how it works out there. Point is, you have another string to your bow. Maybe a school bus driver. Be available for the charters that come up. Don't know what the normal hourly rate is there, but 20 hours a week with no expenses ain't up be sniffed at. Then there's the charter work. So swimming, foot ball etc

You do have a point. My problem is that I like the lifestyle and the freedom that I have. I like working on my own terms rather than taking a pre-set route, I could always drive something else, but that would probably mean I'd be driving in ttraffic during the daytime. Traffic is stupid here in the daytime. No thanks! If I'm going to make amove, I'd like to work in a liquor store even though I have a class one license which allows me to drive anything except a motorcycle.
