No need for all the boolean props. A simpler way of handling this is not to convert it to a component, simply make three copies of it and have one size for the desktop, one for tablet and one for mobile. In the tablet and mobile versions, delete all the menu labels and cta buttons etc and place the hamburger menu in it's correct size and position. Then select all three frames for the desktop, tablet and mobile and make a component set, with the property of 'width', then the values of desktop, tablet aand mobile. Name the component set 'responsive header', make three instances of it, the first instance will be the desktop, then just set the second instance to tablet and the third to mobile.

How do you arrange margin select icon and text both at the same time

You are making states in wrong order :) After default state should go hover state and then pressed, because that's the way how interaction goes for real button. When you go with the mouse to click it will 1st show hover state and then you can click on it to invoke pressed state ;)
