Whatever you do, don’t buy aftermarket pressure sensor. They will screw up your fuel pump like a did Mine had to put back the old sensor in and fuel pump stopped acting up until put theBosch NEW.

The screw is a bitch to get out. I epoxied the torx bit into a 1/4 inch wrench. Worked like a charm.

Could you block the coolant line going to the oil cooler, so that it doesn't mix together?

Great video. I would only add ONE step. Before installing the new sensor, apply a thin layer of lithium grease on the O-ring (rubber) on the new sensor. My new sensor would NOT insert, no matter how hard I pressed, until I applied the grease.

I bought one today, and still have to buy the stand. I got the saw for 261 with a coupon so I bought the extended warranty, just in case. Probably a waste of money, don't normally buy extended warranties but 90 days was just not long enough IMO.

Hey brother if you switch the arms, you will be able to stand the miter saw vertically when it is folded up. Those 2 pegs on the outside of the (right) arm go on the side with the wheels. Its not necessary, but its an awesome feature to have. I hope I don't sound like a "know it all." Great review, I love my Hercules tools 🤙🤙
@DavidLee-wx6dg
@DavidLee-wx6dg 8 ай бұрын
I think they built the non wheel side arm backwards because if you put it in with the roller offset to the front of the saw, when you flip over the stop it is on the saw side of the roller so the roller does not hold up your piece.

if you added one more for a total of 2 per side would the weight stick out much past the rim? you can have a total of three but that would look funny

Cam, springs, DOD AFM delete kit and headers with 93 tune and you got a 13.3-13.5 second truck, beats rts from a roll still can’t hang with a 392 but it’s close for what it is and being a 4 speed

I also have the 2520. Just curious on your thoughts of why you chose the 3.5" spacer width; compared to 3" or 4" etc. Any thoughts on spacers for the front tires?
@kcgt
@kcgt Жыл бұрын
When I measured my rear wheel width, I was trying to get it as wide as possible but not wider than my plow and box blade and 7" wider total fit the bill. I'm not planning on front wheel spacers because of the added stress on the smaller front axles. Plus, it feels stable enough to me now.

Thanks for the video. Assembled mine today. I made the same mistake you did, but caught it in time. The roller extension with the "feet", goes on the end with the wheels. That enables it to stand up dolly style.

Thanks for the video, I’ve got exactly the same situation with my 4.4l v8 xc90. I’m going to order the part tomorrow, I trust that your oil cooler replacement is still working? Also, did the header tank keep catching the oil residue… did you keep washing it out? Thanks again, great video
@kcgt
@kcgt Жыл бұрын
It's been working good and I've been driving it almost daily. It was definitely the issue. The residual oil kept collecting in the coolant expansion tank for a bit after the car sat overnight. Every week or two, I just lifted the whole tank and dumped it into a small container and then filled that small tank back up. I did that a few times and now there is almost no oil left in it. It's a pain getting all of the oil out. I probably should have flushed it a few more times, but I ran out of containers at the time.

I have the same tractor the same cab I would like to know where did you hook your oil sending unit up at maybe you could do a video on how you hooked your gauges up on your 2520 that would help me out when I hooked everything up with gauges especially the oil pressure one that one I'm curious where you hooked it in and how you did it
@kcgt
@kcgt Жыл бұрын
The cab and gauges were on it when I bought it. The oil pressure gauge has a hard line running near where the coolant lines come in for the heater. The line then goes down to a tap on the right side of the oil pan somewhat near the oil filter.

A great video detailing adding rear wheel spaces to your 2520. It will be a help when putting my 3" adpters on my John Deere 2320. Good seeing the before and after pictures with the spacers on too. Love your cab and the fact you got the 2520 too. I'm somewhat curious with your take on running the machine with the spacers on now vs before. All the best and God Bless. 🙏❤🇺🇸

Thanks! I've been doing a lot of dirt and gravel work lately putting in a driveway and pole barn pad. It has made a tremendous difference in stability on hills especially with a bucket full. I'm so glad I put these on. Before I had them I was very nervous of tipping over on the same hills. Highly recommend.

I have a 2010 Volvo XC70 3.2L inline 6 with check engine code P0193. I replaced the fuel pressure sensor and it solved the problem. On my vehicle, it required a 1" long T-25 torx bit and a tedious effort to remove the screw. Once I was able to insert the bit in the screw head, I held it in place with a screwdriver wedged between the head of the bit and the engine housing while making fractional turns with a 1/4" combination wrench. Place a rag underneath the area in case you drop the bit and to catch fuel. I pulled the 1-20A fuse for the fuel pump beforehand with the engine running and it died quickly. My fuel rail does not have a pressure relief valve. Some fuel leaked when I pulled the old sensor, but not under pressure.
