Kasi to what I know, they will forward your profile sa client na naghahanap ng skills na kaya mong ioffer. Yung match sa qualifications nila. And that client will screen kung gusto ka nila and ProSulum will have to wait patiently for their reply. May times na si client busy din so PS will give them an ample time bago magfollowup din about the endorsement. So I think in a week pwde ka na magfollowup. Hello po! Wala pong required na typing speed during the hiring process. But they 'might' require it though.. Really depends kung kanino kang client maeendorse and kung irerequire ba ni client na ung VSA nya is may speed typing capability. Pero to my experience, hindi po sya kasama sa qualifications ng client ko. 🙂

Check all your emails. Then follow their instructions. If they asked you to send your Skype ID then send it. I remember sakin hiningi ang Skype ID ko for my initial interview.

Hi!! With my client, we have Slack that we use for comms. We also have meetings done via zoom or google meet or at Slack as well. Depends san gusto ni client. haha While we have a time tracker that was provided by Pro Sulum and it's called HubStaff. Dyan po kami nagtitime in and out and dito rin namomonitor ni Pro Sulum if productive ang araw mo or not. Will create an updated vid po for new questions and I will elaborate this. If I can remember it right 6pm ang earliest na interview. They allot 30mins ata per applicant. So may 30mins interval before the next schedule. As per actual shift schedule po, yes, graveyard mostly. Or depende pa rin sa client kung san ka maeendorse kc sometimes they allow flexible schedule as long as matapos mo ung project or task na ipapagawa sau. Hope I answered your question. Actually po the info is available sa mismong application form. Starting salary ranges from 20-25k + commission. Subject for pay raise, if i'm not mistaken after 6months and then yearly. May 13th month din po and leaves. These are to be discussed pag na-onboard ka na sa first client mo.😊 They are not very particular sa technical requirement. A working laptop or desktop will do and ofc a decent internet connection.. so as long as madeliver mo yung task/project assigned sau ng client mo. And will also depend sa client pa rin. How did it go?

It went well during the first 3 interviews but i didn't push through the last one. I suffered partial hearing loss a few days before the client interview. It's been 6 months now but my right ear haven't recovered at all.

Hi!😊 There are clients who would require a casual face-to-face interview just like what happened to me kc I was assigned to be the CEO's EA. But according to the other VSAs I am with na pareho ko ng client, sila naman hindi daw dumaan sa interview. So it really depends sa client pa din and I guess their availability. Kc yung ilan sa kanila wala na tlga time for that. And mostly, as per my Account Manager, casual lang tlga ang client interview in case you'll have one. Pero ofc it's best pa rin to prepare. 😉

Alam mo good question. To be honest hindi sila mahigpit sa tech requirements. You just have to make sure that you can deliver the work that the client will ask from you. A working pc and a laptop will do plus ofc a decent internet connection. And if napanood mo ung video, there you will know na nagtanong lng sya about contingency plan mo in case magkaron ng power outage or internet interruption. I think might depend din sa requirement ng mismong client na mapupuntahan mo.
