It went well during the first 3 interviews but i didn't push through the last one. I suffered partial hearing loss a few days before the client interview. It's been 6 months now but my right ear haven't recovered at all.

Number 1 tip po is make sure to prepare. Ang ginawa ko po I have set of possible questions for VA interview na kinuha ko rin from youtube tapos sinagutan at inaral ko. Though minemorize ko siya out of nervousness nakakalimutan at namemental block pa rin ako but it is always best to prepare than nothing at all. Siguro kung di ako nagprepare baka mas lalong hirap akong sumagot. Practice your Q&As po and try to be as confident in answering them as you can. Kaya mo yan and best of luck sa application mo! parang overqualified ka gurl. na sense ko agad na agency yan kase ang haba ng interview and parang ang daming hinihingi(in short, ang daming arte) plus the fact na nasa 20k or plus lang yung offer? I hope now you are doing solo, u know what I mean. ;)

obvious nmn talaga.. kaya nakakabanas kapag pinoy ang agency puro ka artehan sa buhay.. like yung cyberbacker. pang manager na ang CBPA nila. pero sa tunay na buhay hindi nmhn ganyan ang direct to the client.

Alam mo good question. To be honest hindi sila mahigpit sa tech requirements. You just have to make sure that you can deliver the work that the client will ask from you. A working pc and a laptop will do plus ofc a decent internet connection. And if napanood mo ung video, there you will know na nagtanong lng sya about contingency plan mo in case magkaron ng power outage or internet interruption. I think might depend din sa requirement ng mismong client na mapupuntahan mo.
