Just tried it and while it worked, the second screen was quite slow and laggy in terms of mouse movements so not really useable in my case. Will go with a monitor as the second screen.

Why did you not choose the second from the left option under basic when sharing your screen? That way you still are showing your PowerPoint presentation to the audience but you’re able to see your notes and there’s no compromise to resolution

I have been looking for something like this for some time now. We conduct a monthly meeting where I show different PowerPoint presentations and when I share the screen, 2 monitors are not enough. Thank you!

3:54pm ET Phila, PA m. This man - what is his name, how can I not lose this connection - is the best presenter I have ever found. I struggle with technology. He speaks my language - English - clearly and slow enough so I can hear what he says. He also repeats, which also helps me. I am a new, huge fan and hope I can find him again. I gave to present on zoom tonight and need to know how to share a diagram so I can teach from it. It is not in PowerPoint. Someone else created the diagram and e-mail it to me. I plopped it on my desktop, but still could not figure out how to share it. The zoom settings changed and I never mastered the old, and am more bewildered now. I must persevere. Thank you for serving us. I am so grateful..

How can this be done if your dates and data is going across the row instead of down the columns? Eg. an amortizing loan of forecated vs actual. Where do you insert the zero, total amount and =TODAY() formulas please?

I've never understood 'plain vanilla'. Vanilla is a wonderful, subtle, sophisticated flavour. Plain is just...plain. Dull. Nothing like the gastronomic wonder that is vanilla. That said, I would have expected the variation from the previous year to also be shown graphically as a bar that would sit either above or below the top of the current year column, much like an error bar.

How do you force a line above column chart when the line is a series, and the column(s) contain two series themselves? I'm stumped.

just do this: share your presentation in teams (not in presentation mode). Then when it's visible in teams, use the "Present in Teams" button on the top right part of your power point. This way you will see all participants and your presentation together. You will also see your notes.
