I have a 16 inch Ryobi RY3716 , and have been using that County Line bar oil . My new Powercare chain hasn't been near as hot as the one i used before . Much less stretching , bar and chain barely warm to the touch. Main thing , though is keep chain oil in the tank , so all is lubricated.

Part of me wants to climb with a 201 rear handle but that’s mainly for leverage cutting notches in tops and one handing reaching cuts.. but then I’m like naaaa I got enough saws… I’m not going to buy one just to find out. but you can mod a 201rh just like a t so at least they’re tunable Ain’t no way I’d run anything less than a 261/20 or 55/18-20 on the ground the shorter the bar the more ouch my back.. So if you need anything less than that on the ground just pick a climbing saw because you could always sell it to a climber. Nobody’s gonna want that pos except the uninformed boomer fan boy. There’s nothing you can do with it. At least some saws you can have fun with changing jugs but if they’re that small just get a top handle climber and have fun tuning that. Like a g111 converted to a limb reaper. That way you can try n recoup some of your equity.

Now THIS IS THE VIDEO I HAVE BEEN LOOKING FOR!!!!! Thank you from North Carolina 🤙🤙. I have a pretty new Mk 2. What size pipe did you use? I’m doing this to mine in short order. Much love to you and be careful out there 🤙. Hell yeah brother.

I don't own a stihl, but aren't the drive link profiles different on echo vs Stihl chain?

I’m commenting before the video plays. Looking forward to seeing the results. I have a Mk 2 and I am wanting to mod mine or make a totally new one. I’m a pipe welder and fitter so I do have the ability to do it and it not look like crap. I have been trying to find what would be a good pipe size and length for it and it seems that it’s a big secret 🤣😂. Someone was saying that it should be 80% of the exhaust port size. Much love from southeastern NC🤙

I've got 7 Stihl saws and just ordered a Wemars 6220G. I'm getting excited but if the wife finds out I'm busted. I think I'll try telling her your story...It's a hobby that I can get work done with. Thanks for the review and enjoy the channel.

“It hurts”. Yes sir I believe you when you said that - we have all been the victim of our own poor choices and actions - learning is a life long ordeal and sometimes it bites you and “it hurts” . Be careful - take your time - think through things before you do them and don’t quit learning 👍

Man, my boy’s used to ride 2 stroke bikes and the guy that tutored me on 2 strokes ran 36:1 in his bikes. So I went to that with Castor 927 in the mix. I fly RC planes and have always loved the smell of RC gas exhaust and it had the same smell. It does tend to gum up the rings if you let them sit for a while but a shot of fresh gas down the top and let it sit usually loosens them up. I have run 40:1 on my saws and weed eater gas for years and it does make your stuff last a lot longer. I run Husky oil ow simply because all my saws are husky. Much love from NC.

I want to see you modify this pipe to come back around and crossover just to see what it does to the sound. I believe tuned pipes have cone shaped ends to increase the duration of the sound wave. It’s not so much about preventing blow through, it’s about increasing the pressure in the cylinder before it closes similar to what a turbo or supercharger does.

I have a Poulan 3400 XP pro from 1984, best saw I’ve ever had with no problems ever. it never shoots my wood chips out from the front or gets jogged up around the cluch or anything so I don’t know what’s going on with yours.

Thankyou for being Honest, Now I'll take you seriously...I own both saws now and I love them both...Enjoy my work because of them ,I just got my 400 and I'm feeling the light weightless and power...The 500i is in a league of its own...I keep them all Sharp as all get out...I recommend the Jason Eagan straightshot...
