Thanks the cert was a pain as I started the process and life happened so it all went on hold.. I started the second attempt and had no choice to chop it as rust had set in.. but apart from the expensive it was just a a case of getting it to comply. Was it worth it??

@danielflinn1819 … hi when I brought my truck 10 years ago it was somebody else’s project lol.. it was ip and running but it was built like a prototype or a testing rig, anyway i guess it’s been part of the family ever since. I blew the last turbo late last year that was on there when I brought my truck it was a power spirit. I guess it was an early eBay turbo, but I made the mistake of fitting a beanie and overheated it, but it was on its last legs. Anyway I’ve been building and repairing my truck for so long. I really had to rack my brains to put this list together. I do all the work myself, but I don’t film anything or put any stories together. I just do videos of us having fun anyway has a list.. I guess the first thing is to decide what size to have a you want I now have a maxspeedingrods gt 3582. Big intercooler I have an aeroflow fitted. You should probably upgrade your injectors i have Nissan GTR 440cc but im looking to upgrade. Ecu chip tune by nistune.. I opened the stock ecu and there is a new chip inside. Obviously you will need an exhaust and intercooler piping I’ve got an external wastegate. That’s really just the basics, but it’s up to you to find the right kit manufacture. Everything yourself such as exhaust manifold exhaust intercooler piping etc. Then my truck has GU running gear for strength. I have upgraded pretty much everything over the years. I’m pretty fortunate as I I am a mechanic Im happy help you if you have any more questions just let me know. Cheers thanks for your subscription

Hi thanks, the truck is a custom build thats been evolving for 9 years … project cars life.. I guess the main thing is the turbo g3528 external tial 46mm? Wastegate. Large front mount intercooler and nissan gtr 440 injectors. It’s running safe at 15 psi. Its definitely worth turbocharging an N/A truck as safari/patrols are not fast enough but still the best 4x4 imo. Perhaps i should do a video covering the build again. ??

Haha yeah I haven’t ever measured fuel consumption because I am living in fear lol. But at a guess it returns about 10-12ks per litre, off road/beach driving probably sub 10ks per litre … smiles per mile 😁😩
