Marina Sirtis is a great actress but to be honest I never really understood why she was on the show. She was hardly ever used in her professional aspect. Seems like she was just there to be a telepath or whatever she was. often times her only contribution to the show was to say things like “Captain! I’m sensing a presence!” And then the rest of the cast would take it from there. I suppose her short lived romance with Worf was mildly interesting but that’s about it. Just being honest. And as you notice the only other Trek show to have a counselor was DS9 and only for one season.

Most people always talk about Dax like she’s the beauty of the show. And she is a beautiful woman. But for me it was always Kira because she isn’t just pretty she was also a great character and she grew into it as the series went on. And Nana’s smile lights up a room! Lol.

I met her in a ST convention in Chicago. I was in line to have a picture taken of the 3 of us. I greeted her in our Greek language and she was surprised and happy. We got to talk for a bit.

It's a shame that her character was obliterated and turned into an absolute monster in her last appearance in Picard. What she did to Jack Crusher was horrific, *especially* as a psychologist.

She DESTROYED the next generation. Her accent is horrible

And to this day she is still so thankful the fans and everyrhing Star Trek granted her. She is HILARIOUS in conventions, and all around a class act who, as she wanted, respects where she came from and how she ended up. Marina is a treasure.

She was correct about the fans. They respected them then. Not so much now, as a matter of fact, Roddenberry wouldn't be welcome in his own Universe anymore. It was awesome up until it was over, and it was over with the last season of Enterprise.

I love Marina Sitris and I DO NOT LIKE Deanna Troi. Marina Sitris is so pleasing to watch and listen to. Bloody Troi is more mechanical than Data.

The reason why the Wesley character didn't work was because it was so poorly written Wil Wheaton is a really good actor But the Wesley character was constantly being discriminated against On the other hand they're not giving him a position that you would typically give a genius He should have been the head of engineering on the very first episode Or at the very least the number two guy in engineering or science

I have to confess to the first I hated her character But I came to love her character Marina is a good actress! The scene she did in Star Trek Picard where she told Captain Picard off for the way he treated David's daughter poorly was amazing!

Wow, back then, Marina was hot. These days, she is ... still hot!!
