There was one that was actually feeling up my tac vest after Florida got hit by Irma and while people were going around looting and and he was just doing this out of random then said it was weird to be armed during a state of emergency which is ironic considering the national guard was put in place to not only block resources from certain locations but also to set in place a curfew which funny enough alouded criminals to rob homes in the cover of darkness because all resources where blocked via a few checkpoints where someone thought this was a good idea for them to repeat when covid was a thing which showed that most didn't learn a thing. In fact had to get a lawyer later because when it came to ligh t that I legally owned one with conceal carry, etc a handful of jokers tried to pull the fear for their life excuses when they were commiting crimes hoping that people would look away at what they were doing where a few of them would go hands on only to pull that one once one defended themselves physically only to come back to attempt it all again after they thought an arrest took place and the key word is they thought because when they went to do stupid things they often took off to make the 911 call remotely like someone who attacks a person only to run and say they were attacked after responding in kind to them.
