It must just be me but I can't really follow along just with visual and no audio. I had to zoom in several times to see what he was doing on the screen. And couldn't get through the whole video because I was lost without someone explaining what he was doing.

There is sound on the video with me explaining step by step what I'm doing. So not sure why you're not hearing the steps/instructions. Unless you're an English speaker then I can see the problem there.

Nope, you obviously need to enable this before they steal your phone. Ideally while you setup your phone just after you got it. 😉

This happened to me as well. I sprayed some WD-40 in there and waited a little (sort of letting it sink in) bit then dried it with a cloth and it came open. Hope this helps.

Yeah, no App for apple users yet I'm afraid. rain figures if you use and iPhone, you must have enough money to buy Vodacom,mtn normal airtime and data. Lol.

That is when you add an SIM that is not legally linked to your profile. (Because they all have to be Rica) So if the SIM you added to your profile was one that you maybe didn't obtain from Rain and went through the process then it might not be ricad.
