I've never worn a neck scarf...or big goggles, but I guess I've never walked through a storm in a desert, I have a sample of Shazam somewhere

I don't have a sample of Figment Man, I am sorry I don't remember it.. I am sure I've smelled it in passing in the airport, but without a sample, I can't test it out..

they do use a lot of synthetics, I remember one of them used Geosmin ( a soil note) and a synthetic called Animalis which is a sort of unusual musky / woody / tobacco / sweet kind of vibe.. one of the Zoologist perfumes uses a big amount of it also

Possibly paying her a complement by reviewing her fragrance she might enjoy that too... she's no Jeremy fragrance, very open and not so generic... 😂

I've only smelled a small number of them.. I did purchase some mix of samples a while back, but they were not really my own personal taste, so I wasn't sure how to approach a review.. since I wasn't overly enthusiastic

I sent Marc from Robes08 a full sample set years ago when I first launched, he never replied back to me after receiving them.. and never talked about them on his channel..

I see. I know that a few years ago he took a break from KZbin. He has been back doing regular videos in the last year and a half. He does read all his comments. Drop him a comment asking if he’s interested at this time. Don’t give up. Persistency pays off. I just feel the type of subscribers he has are the customers you want to reach for your fragrances. He’s actually partnered with a company. He receives returned fragrances, which he reviews and then decants them for sale. So he’s not against collaboration.

There are other reasons I probably shouldn't mention, he was involved with a girl (another youtube reviewer) and it ended badly, and she was a friend of mine.. I think it played into him not interacting with me since. At least what she told me afterwards would lead me to think that.

It could be used in any season, it lacks the sweetness that would make it not appropriate for heat, tonka and vanilla is more subtle. Spring time isn't usually so hot in the UK, it's just the time of year all the new flowers start to bloom, and everything becomes more green outside.. The orris top note and woody drydown matches spring perfectly. Of course it could be good for any time you feel. Just to say that it could be worn easily in any weather, not limited to cold weather.

I like Lira too, I am fine with the rum note personally.. but some people can be more sensitive to certain notes

@@FragranceView Indeed, I was surprised on how sensitive I was to RUM until I tried it and man that thing killed my ability to smell anything else for quite some time lol. Luckily the perfume shop was so friendly that he took the perfume back and replaced it with something else. What would it be your fav perfume from Xerjoff? I didn't try them all yet except the ones I mentioned! so any suggestion, please?

I am not sure.. I like Ivory Route if you're into vanilla.. More than Words is a nice fruity woody rose..

@@FragranceView It is really a very powerful perfume, in a 30% concentration version... its power is equal to or somewhat greater than this in the air they are perceived as similar but if you bring your nose closer they have different nuances since one is focused on pure cocoa with dried fruits and violet , while elixir is alcoholic and has caramel... I would say that they are 2 similar semi gourmands but with 2 different paths... and they are 2 absolute powers
