What a great inspirational video! I'm 39 and I just started jiu-jitsu 3 weeks ago. I enjoy it! It's a great addition to my life, I wish I did this along time ago lol. At least I'm doing it now and I plan to stick with it. I have a long journey ahead😊

32:30 should literally be a criminal offense for any black Belt, of any martial art grappling or not , to have striking that looks like that. Absolutely pitiful but hilarious to watch..

Sorry not trying to put you down, but takedowns?? You guys have zero takedown! It's one thing that you learn some moves (may be a double leg, or a judo throw), but its another thing when comes time to apply it. Unless coming from Judo, or wrestling background, you guys suck at standup (in general).

I’m 36 and started BJJ in May. Not only have I lost almost 20lbs but I love it. I love getting tapped only to learn to not find myself in that spot again. I love learning how to slow down and roll methodically executing moves I’ve learned. I go 4-5 days a week at 5:30am in the morning. I’m so happy that I finally took the time and tried it out.

Jiu Jitsu has more f***ing shady propaganda than all of Adolf Hitler's political speeches combined ... no wonder most nazi veterans fled and settled for Brazil ...

I am 25 I started Jiu jitsu when I was 19 for 5 months and due to life circumstances I was not able to train until about 8 months ago when I started training again here in San Diego and I can say that BJJ did change my life and I’m very grateful and honor to be part of the community. OSS
