Am a little over 6 months in near 50 White Belt. Will say even thou little hurt and tired after class really do like this stuff. Lost a few pounds. But I cannot figure out will it effects me and others so much. Am literally thinking, watching vids, Reading books & articles , blogs about BJJ. Just don't quite understand why like it and why it feels like it effecting my like in a good way.. It kinda is. Hope someone answers this. Thanks.

I’m 36 and started BJJ in May. Not only have I lost almost 20lbs but I love it. I love getting tapped only to learn to not find myself in that spot again. I love learning how to slow down and roll methodically executing moves I’ve learned. I go 4-5 days a week at 5:30am in the morning. I’m so happy that I finally took the time and tried it out.

Jiu Jitsu has more f***ing shady propaganda than all of Adolf Hitler's political speeches combined ... no wonder most nazi veterans fled and settled for Brazil ...

I am 25 I started Jiu jitsu when I was 19 for 5 months and due to life circumstances I was not able to train until about 8 months ago when I started training again here in San Diego and I can say that BJJ did change my life and I’m very grateful and honor to be part of the community. OSS

I first watched this documentary when I was living on the East Coast, and it was part and parcel of turning me on to BJJ. A year and a half ago, I accepted a job here in LA (El Segundo, to be precise), and I now have the privilege of training Gracie Jiu Jitsu at Gracie University in Torrance, CA. Thanks, guys!
