It's sad when network producers know that trashing Coach Prime and Lamar Jackson is the only way to get numbers. The Ravens have 92 penalties, losing over 750 yards. Lamar is not a field goal kicker. Boswell went 6 for 6. Aaron Rodgers is horrible but you don't talk him as much as you mentioned Lamar. What about Daniel Jones? What about Trevor Lawrence? Just come out and say you hate Lamar. Lamar doesn't deserve the criticism he receives. Joe Burrow vs. Lamar Jackson (1-6). Nobody talks about that fact. Secondly, Lamar can't win big games narrative. Lamar be CJ Stroud in the playoffs. Excuses for Stroud ( he's a rookie). 2024 LJ destroyed Josh Allen head to head. EXCUSES Allen doesn't have players. LJ was suppose to lose to Jayden Dainels beat him. Every time Lamar loses its a big game for some reason! Joe burrows team has a losing record and he's been get excuses all year from the media, same with josh allen! You can’t have it both ways, Nick. You destroy Lamar on a daily basis about how ultimately the playoffs are what matters and he fails to show up there so it means that ultimately him being the best ‘regular season QB ever’ doesn’t mean that much. Then on yesterdays show you were slating Eli and how he dorsnt deserve to be a hall of famer because his regular season stats suck… despite the fact he won two damn Superbowls against Tom Brady’s patriots. Can’t have it both ways, Nick. If Manning winning two Superbowls means nothing because his regular season sucks, then you can’t bag on Lamar for not being great whilst he is amazing in the regular season. Either the playoffs are all that matters to you, or they aren’t. If they then you can’t slate Eli. If they aren’t, then you can’t bring up Lamar’s playoff performances 5 times a show every show.

When the ravens wins, it’s “oh Lamar is so good, that’s an mvp candidate right there” but when he loses it’s “oh why didn’t they run the ball with Derrick Henry or “the receivers didn’t catch the ball” or “the defense is trash” and never any blame for Lamar. It is what it is with the fan base and the casuals 🤷🏻♂️

Lamar’s throwing the ball 29.5 times a game and they are 7-4 😅 they should have won against the Browns that game was not on Lamar, should have won vs Raiders that game was not on Lamar. Should have beaten the Steelers Tucker missed 2fgs they lost by two points. Lamar didn’t play his best game he had at least 4 passes deflected at the line of scrimmage. He had 5 passes that he just threw away. He also missed 4-5 passes on 3rd down as well. At the end of it Justin Tucker missed fgs and the Steelers didn’t.

How? Literally the tape is out there and the performance in the postseason is out there. He’s not saying that is outrageous, it’s the truth. Everyone killed Peyton Manning for not making it to the Super Bowl after winning numerous MVPs, so why can’t Lamar receive that treatment.

In 2005 We didn’t say “Peyton hasn’t won a Super Bowl so therefore he can’t win one and chokes in big games and he’s not a threat to win” that’s what Nick says on a daily basis about Lamar, he wants him to fail and it’s extremely obvious. He even ignores/downplays Lamar’s good playoff games like Houston and Tennessee. He re defines every game he loses to be a “big games” and every game he wins to be “not important”

@@larry2281 He has 0 turnover worthy plays and the interception wasn’t his fault, his kicker missed 2 kicks that would of added enough points to win, his team had 3 turnovers out of his control, and 12 penalties out of his control. It's an overcorrection to the unfair and lowkey racial criticism he got in the beginning of his career as not being a "real" QB. He's obviously disproven those critiques and is widely accepted as one of the best QB's in the league. But because of that unfair criticism he's faced in the past, media pundits treat any actual shortcomings he has with kid gloves. Lamar gets no where near the heat Dak Prescott does for his playoff shortcomings despite being the better player, for whom we'd typically have higher expectations of.

Nick didn't say that. He said Josh Allen is good and could make it to a Superbowl, but not this year. He said this would be a rebuild year. Nick also said the bears would go to the Superbowl. Nick wright also 100% guaranteed the bills would not make the playoffs last year.

The past couple years I've overwhelmingly seen more Ravens fans/players say 'we didn't LOSE!!!, We just beat ourselves!!!' after every loss and brushing off their losses as the other team wasn't better than them that day. Used to respect Ravens and their fans toughness, but they've become crybabies over last few years when they lose. But Ravens fans are so busy attacking everyone else even they win and blaming everyone else when they lose they can't see it.

The real comp is not Harden, its Russell Westbrook. Hes not choking like he does not care, but his playstyle has not been successful in the playoffs but was pulling crazy reg seasons with less help. A divisional round win is not anything to brag home about, and if he ended up like NFL Russ, going to 4 conference finals and 1 championship appearance, he would be regarded as a better player than his current playoff track record
