I agree with Bret about Ric Flair. I think he is just being a straight shooter giving his professional opinion of Ric Flair's work. Hogan had a formula too and it made him the biggest attraction of his era by far! It also became repetitive. Final point in Bret's favor. For one to say Flair or Hogan became repetitive and their work became too predictable isn't hatred, it's just being honest.

He is absolutely correct about his popularity in England, I cannot speak for Germany. The thing with him is that the British loved him because he was not American, I dont want that to come across as offensive but that is really what it was about. He was great as well. Britain has a certain warmth to Canadians and he fit the bill.
