The 1st step didn't work for me and here's what I noticed. There is a little square opening that can be uses to push the outside case away with a pair of ceramic tweezers. other than that, the video is awesome.

Needed to replace the battery and while the instructions in the owners manual were a little bit of help, I couldn't have pulled it off without your video. You're my hero today! Thanks! I found the hardest part was to crack the case, but next time the interface will be cleaner, and therefore easier to split! For some models, both older and newer, Hyundai makes it easier to get to the battery.
