I can see good points on both sides....but I'm kinda leaning more towards Joey Swoll here.. He's calling out(and rightfully so) how toxic "gym" culture can be... Filming, taking too much claim of weights/machines when the gym is a shared space(unless it's a home gym), women accusing guys of being "creeps" when those women are filming men without their consent. His content is fairly clean. He's not perfect...but he's getting the message out there in a way that's interesting, eye-catching, and won't waste people's time. He's more of a saint than Mike Chang, Kali Muscle, and criminal Stefi Cohen....but he's not a grandaddy of gym/fitness content like Mike O' Hearn is. He hasn't reached that level yet and Joey Swoll is somewhere in the middle. I can understand him not being everyone's cup of tea...but trying to "cancel" him or waiting to see him fall...that's as bad as the men and women in those videos who try to make the gym a toxic environment for all. He is not asking for money, subscriptions, or for people to join his fitness program. He's telling people to mind their own business and turn the gym into a more positive environment. (Also...he does share good videos/examples of how positive gym culture can be. It's not just him calling out all of the bad ones).

Coach curious in your opinion if there's any anecdotal, (overall, genetal), differences you've seen with men using topical vs. oral 5 Alpha Reductase inhibitor meds?
@stevenbrailsford536421 сағат бұрын
I got a hair transplant last summer in Mexico City. I'm on month 7 now and it's really starting to look like a good result. The biggest issue with CBum's HT is that the hairline was constructed extremelyyyyy poorly, it looks terrible. Natural hairlines never are just straight like that so whenever you get a bad hair transplant, that's why it's so obvious. The clinic should really only build up a natural and age-appropriate hairline. Even men who don't have male pattern baldness will still recede somewhat. He's going to have that hairline when he's an old man.

BRO STOP TRYING TO SOUND FANCY. ACCEPT YOURSELF. YOU ARE NORMAL INTELLIGENCE LIKE THE REST OF US. When you try to use these words and phrases that are outside your real vocabulary, it is extremely obvious and actually makes you look LESS SMART because 80% of the time you do this, you are using the “fancy” vocabulary INCORRECTLY. Smart people don’t use words when they don’t understand the meaning. I am not smart. I am not smarter than you. I like your videos but this misplaced fancy talk of yours comes up in every video you do almost. Just speak simply and clearly. We are normal guys, we are not idiots that want to seem smarter than we really are, like mike Isratel. You will go far, you are buff and cool. Be yourself.

I dont know why people keep going to that Hair Transplant clinic, I forget the name, its very popular some how. Their adverts are all over IG and Tiktok but they have some of the most unnatural results and disregard for a persons head shape and future hairloss. Its like, lets do a straight line 1" lower than it should be, straight across your head, with twice the grafts than we should. The other 85-90% of the top of your head dont matter. I've had two FUE procedures here in the states by one of the best in the business. He told me what I NEEDED and made sure I didnt get what I wanted...this is key when it comes to going to an expert. They understand all the factors for your hairloss future. I spent about $35k for a total of 4500 grafts, give or take...and dont regret any of it. It looks 100% natural. That being said, an actual good doctor and tech can fix his hairline to make it look natural.

You are a parasite. The choice of topic u indulge are ALWAYS bottom feeding, life-sucking, derivative, reactionary, and not even strong enough to be classified as bullyish. Just another online disease, thou art. & if by "Coach" you mean one whom invites the receipt of money - simply to create more like you... I'd say worse than simply just a parasite. Your 'insight' and choice of fare - are subhuman & poisonous. Get an actual life.

I was told that the hair follicles in the back and side of the head were not susceptible to dht folicle miniaturizing. They are genetically programmed to grow forever. That is why the hair around your sides and back of the head grow forever. 007

You’d think when you’re in an industry where most of the dudes have little to no hair, you’d just accept it as par for the course. I hope the Turks paid him so much he couldn’t say no.

Chris retired early compared to these bald dudes and much of his appeal as a bodybuilder, beside his insane physique, is his good looks (though he certainly aged like milk in the last 2-3 years of competing). Guy is not even 30 as shocking as it sounds, he may not want to be bald yet and look even older than he is. I wish him good luck finding a hair transplant clinic willing to do the repair work on him, it's a pain in the ass and there is no guarantee of success either so surgeons are never too fond of taking these botched projects.

@@somekindaguy100 exactly. If it's a good transplant it looks great. Look at Mathew McConaughey. Dude was losing his hair bad and he's got a mop on him now. And his was an early transplant. I'd be wary about these Turkey transplants that everyone gets for free

Chris has scaring on the back of his head from the surgery. the ''just shave it off bro'' train has left the station, he should have done it before going for an hair transplant. the worst part is the pluginess look like he has hair doll due to multiples hairs placed in the front line. these animals have absolutely no shame, for them it's all about social media marketing and mass production, quality be damned.

But ofcourse, same thing with greg doucette, it was the worst idea ever, 1st of, that place in turkey in which he got it done it is kinda sus imo doubtful reputation , 2nd no matter how much hair you get transplanted if you don´t stop using steroids, it will only look weird with a "fire wall" effect. 3rd he should´ve at least been taken finasteride and minox for well over a year prior to the transplant I believe in the case of Ian Valiere, his is looking better because he is off AAS
