Coach, you might disagree but I saw a Myron Gaines video in Jubelee. He is right on this, fatness is a choice and we need to bully these people. I am 5 ft 5. I was 287lbs. Imagine a 5ft5 manlett being 287lbs. I changed my habbits. I started just walking 40 minutes a day. Im 216 lbs now. People, stop making excuses. In 24 hours, you sit 30 minutes on the toilet watching your phones. You tell me in 24 hours there is 48 half hours. You cant walk 30 minutes???? The pill for curing lazyness dont exist yet I guess.

I think bullying is ok from a place of love. But bully bullying from a negative place is no good.
@trala891126 күн бұрын
If it’s from a place of genuine love and care for the person’s wellbeing, and thus said with an undercurrent of affection, then it’s not bullying. At most it’s teasing, but honestly I’d just call that feedback, presumably with blunt delivery.
@Sjcstro8426 күн бұрын
And stopping is important. Meaning teasing is fun and then when a person is broken or seriously asking to stop, the bully should stop.
@trala891126 күн бұрын
I agree with some of this, and disagree with some of it. I don’t think you should encourage people to be overweight, or to eat whatever they want. However, I also don’t think that being overweight means that “you lack any kind of characteristic that is going to allow you to be a good person.” There are plenty of fat people who are wonderful people; giving, self-sacrificing, kind, charitable, empathetic, strong, etc. Heck, some of the morally best people I know are fat, and I know a lot of healthy people who are total fk-smudges. I also do think that it’s better to be overweight and exercise, than to say that since you’re overweight and don’t want to diet right now, there’s no point in exercising either. This kind of feels like a situation where nuance serves better than absolutes.

As an openly gay man who has a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Pacific Lutheran University in Tacoma Washington (graduated December 19, 1994) who lost his nurses license due to a back injury I do know a tiny bit about the healthcare industry. I am an overweight individual, 52 years of age who is overweight due mostly to the fact that I like high calorie, fried, fatty foods with a healthy dose of carbs (think Nutella) and I don't exercise enough. Do I think I'm healthy at this weight? NO, I am most definitely not healthy at my weight. But Coash K I do have to call it like I see it. Can you point to a single double blind clinically controlled science-based STUDY from a reputable source that proves that ANY of the supplements you sell are necessary or of any benefit other than to make really expensive urine? I'd be interested in the science behind the products you're hawking on a regular basis and do they provide any benefit over and above a well-balanced diet.
@salpirruccello328326 күн бұрын
i only watch this guys youtube content and have no idea what supplements he sells however, the key word here is "Supplement" and im positive if anyone buying these products asked him if any of them were substitutes for a healthy diet he would emphatically say no. The guy he is covering is a charlatan misleading people into thinking being obese is "healthy" which it objectively is not. Selling supplements has nothing to do with this bro.
@GenXerReacts26 күн бұрын
@@salpirruccello3283 Really, then let me ask you this. Why are his "supplements" only available with a doctor's prescription? Why is he selling HRT (hormone replacement therapy) which the vast majority of people DO NOT NEED in order to exercise in the gym!

Speaking as an "Extra American", whose been carrying this belly for more than 20 years, I'm all for body positivity, but that should come in the form of encouragement to steer your health and weight in the right direction! I ended a friendship because I declared I was going to lose this weight. This "Well meaning" individual kept pushing this self-help narrative bullsht, saying, "You're beautiful just the way you are!" And, "There's nothing wrong with you, it's them!" 🤨 WHO TF IS THEM?! I didn't (don't) wanna lose weight for THEM, I livr in thus body! THIS IS FOR ME! 24 years of type 2 diabetes, and 2.5 years of dialysis ... I wish I would've listened to the doctors early on. Starting your video off talking about “the alphabet people” is really not the way to go homie. We live in a new world and if you want to grow the channel I would consider either becoming more open minded or keeping your more. edgy opinions to yourself. It’s a basic fact that you’ll probably grow a much less diverse audience(not even talking about lgbt here) if you take dunks on members of that community or any minorities in general. You just can't be healthy at that weight, even if you are kinda fit heart n muscle mass wise. 20 lbs down things were looking better now around 225 it's ok. Still want to lose some, wanna see a faint sixpack someday, but healthwise things seem good.
