Im sorry im just seeing this video. Gary was such a good friend to me... I met him when he lived by the PPD. My best friend at the time was in a very toxic relationship with him.. i just happened to always be around him. It got to a point where he was doing really good, he lived behind Strattons and id go over and watch movies with him. I passed out on one couch and he passed out on the other. He was a beautiful soul. My soul dropped when Leonie told us... Luke i dont know if anyone can really say he was theyre best friend with no weird stuff. Like he was the brother i wish i had. Love the message brother! Do you mind if I give a gentle rebuke? "Faithful are the wounds of a friend; profuse are the kisses of an enemy" (Proverbs 27:5-6). Here is the gentle rebuke. When you said the word "damn" you said it in the context that was not referring to the damnation that awaits unbelievers, you said it in the context of a cuss word. The Bible says not to let unwholesome talk come from our lips and I'm unsure how a nonchristian might take you saying the word "damn" since culture considers it a cuss word. As Christians we ought' to be above reproach: something that none of us will perfectly achomplish while on Earth but something we are to sharpen each other in. Hopefully this is just taken as iron sharpening iron and you know that I do not say this from a boastful attack but rather a Biblical critique. Keep sharing the hope that lies within you, brother, God bless!
