I really like your videos. When you go to a particular campground and do hikes and cook, etc. having it as an hour video isn't a problem for me. I can work at my desk and listen/watch. I really look forward to it especially during the winter when I'm not camping. I have a Tacoma and 320 CS-S so how you actually camp is very informative as well. You also camp in parts of the country that I love and don't get to very often. It would be much cooler to actually go camping out west but this is the next best thing. I'm starting to plan my long trip in 2026 so this is very helpful. And a live stream would be cool also.

Nucamp should be watching your "improvement" videos. I like the "business" fan but most likely the right angle rolling speed vacuum adapter will be good enough.

🤫 They are probably listening. 😂 Thank you. Actually, they do have a media team that follows many of the forums that I have seen. Judging by design and system layouts of different year models, they keep making changes as wants or issues arise. One of the few that are actually listening to their customer base. Yes, I just have to find the right quiet fan vacuum that runs on low 12v power. So far this little 40x25 mm computer fan works very well. But, a little more draw would be perfect to counteract the negative pressure from the maxxfan in the trailer when venting out.

@DSWadventures thank you. I made a social media so that if you don't want to say where the campgrounds are on KZbin, maybe you can send them on social media. I know you've said you don't like announcing them on here because they get too busy. You asked me a few months ago about social media, so I finally made a Facebook and Instagram and snapchat.

I saw those fire torches at a RV Van Show up at WestWorld not to long ago. What was the RV Expo price? If I remember correctly they were $150 at the Van Show. I am looking to buy a camper in the near future. I checked out the 360 but, want to check out the 360 CS when it gets to the dealers. I also liked the 400, just not the bed setup in it. I did really like the 400 bathroom size. On the 360 CS, I think I will dig the kitchen in the back. Hopefully, I can make a decision before I die! 😂😂
@DSWadventures20 сағат бұрын
I think i paid 160 at the show price. Yes! That 360 cs would be awesome. Especially with two refrigerators. And you get counter space inside so you can still set up a small portable burner on bad weather days. May need a half ton truck or large suv for that, though.

I was looking to buy a TAB 320, is this smell issue a common issue with the TAB ? Thanks
@DSWadventuresКүн бұрын
I think the going down the road smell inside is common with all rvs with black tanks or cassettes. The difference being, on a bigger rv, the exhaust pipe is on the roof, and some have a cap that helps the wind pull the smell out. Also, heat rises, and the smell goes up. It's a slightly different learning curve of how to operate a cassette toilet. Close to a regular rv, in some ways. Like having your main roof vent fan off or venting inward so the pressure in the trailer pushes smells down and out of the cassette when the toilet flapper is open. It helps to put a very small amount of water in the bowl to cover the flapper seal when parked also. In Europe, they have a cassette ventilation extractor kit that I have not found in the states. So I made my own. Hopefully, this exhaust pipe section turned backwards will help with any on-road smells being pushed back into the trailer. I wouldn't be too worried about the cassette toilet. Once you figure it out, i think the pluses outway the minusus, as far as being able to leave your trailer parked on a longer stay and just taking the cassette out down to the dump station or pit toilet. For boondocking, it may be lacking in capacity depending on how long you're out, though. The plus side, use whatever paper you like and a good tank treatment, and you never have to worry about big black tank problems. Plus, it's easy to keep cleaned out and as long as you don't put paper towels in it, it won't clog, haha. Good rule of thumb for easier use, try to dump when it's half full, a lot easier to handle.

How stable is the trailer at speed? In crosswinds?
@DSWadventuresКүн бұрын
If they are loaded and leveled right, they are very stable. But small trailers move quickly. I only use my friction sway device when on very high cross wind days and never too tight. Just slows things down a bit, but definitely not a must needed thing.

I see you manually moved you tab320 around to face the opposite side ! I like that idea of being able to face the RV in any direction, So I take it you don’t bother to level it! So when you sleep, your RV is not level ! does that interfere with a good night sleep? 🛌
@DSWadventures5 күн бұрын
Yeah, it makes it pretty convenient. The only time I can do this by myself safely is when there is a generally flat level and paved parking pad. For safety reasons, you should use two people. But im just a one man show and still young and dumb. 😂 And as always, use the front tongue jack to level front to back. On dirt in my yard, i made a swivel front jack wheel with two pneumatic tires so it can be pushed around on compact dirt.

Appreciate the videos, man - they’ve been super helpful as I’m thinking about getting into trailer camping. Gotta say, though, the cooking situation is kinda disappointing. I do use the stove in the trailer to make coffee or a simple meals,, especially when it's cold out in the morning. 😂
