I spent 26 years in Ardmore and three in Narberth. Ardmore is unbearable now. Multiple, hugely out-of-place, eight-story buildings, totally jammed streets, the loss of so many long-time small businesses, comical parking...nope, I do not miss it! They wanted to bring the Big City to Ardmore. They certainly did.

Good video. I love living here. There is a great feeling of community with the culture and diversity of the city at a slower pace. The school district has been fantastic for our family, I have a son with special needs and they have gone above and beyond setting him up with the best care and education. It's a great place for young professionals and families!

Hi,I'm Rasel. I am a digital marketer with over 5 years of experience. I am your subscriber and Viewer. I have been watching your video for a long time. Your real state video is good but you don't have SEO on your KZbin channel. Your SEO score is abysmal. That's why your channel is not growing organically. According to your channel, I noticed that your channel videos are not viewed and subscribed. You need to optimize your channel and do video SEO to reach your target audience. Can I get in touch with you more?

I was very amused to see your estimated time of 18 minutes on the Schuylkill Expressway from Conshohocken to Philadelphia. With the usual traffic, it's really about 55 minutes (and sometimes over an hour).

Was born and raised in Perkasie till I got married and moved to Langhorne in 1977. We lived in a house on north 5th street that my father built after WW2. I can remember when they put up the first traffic light in town. It was such a big deal. The town has changed a lot from being sleepy country town ( where a local farmer used to take his cow for a walk out 5th street)to a more urban one. It still retains the country character though. It was a great place to grow up in the 1950’s and 60’s.

There are a lot of gangstalkers in Quakertown. They will gladly ruin someone’s life for a paycheck. Fusion centers and the cops run it.

Just found your KZbin channel. Been living in the Hilltown Township area most of my life and graduated from Pennridge. Then I pursued an associate degree at BCCC. Some of classes were at the Perkasie campus which saved alot of time commuting. I witnessed the Great Fire of Perkasie first hand while riding my bike to Lesher's to play D and D with my friends. Never got to play that day since it was already on fire. Luckily everyone got out in time. I took swimming lessons in my youth at Menlo and later worked at the concession stand. My mom ran the snack shop at the Little League fields on Walnut and my younger brother worked many years at RagTops and Roadsters. Like yourself I have always appreciated the walking paths throughout the park.

Also Quakertown community High School we do have after school clubs and sports but it just kind of sucks there is a lot of bullying add our teachers and staff don't do anything to stop it so you know those movie hierarchies the popular sports kids yeah that's a real thing for us teachers won't really punish students who are on sports teams for bullying other students we're also underfunded a lot.

As someone who actively lives in Quakertown end was raised here it's a great place but. You do have to watch out we do have homeless we do have a lot of drugs and what I do love it here everyone's the nicest especially our school district isn't the greatest if you want to work in a school don't work in our district you won't get paid as much as you think you should be paid

I grew up there. Attended Upper Merion High School. A lot has changed since moving away in the early 1990s. Can't say I like the Town Center with its apartments - the area was almost exclusively single family houses in my day, and that Town Center reminds me a lot of Rockville, MD, and it's over-priced condos.

My wife and I just sold our home in Baltimore and are looking for a place to put down roots with our daughter. As former NYC residents walkability is super important to us, as well as safety and schools (hence why we are leaving Baltimore). I noticed you didn't mention Media which comes up on a lot of list, is there a reason for that? We are taking a few months to spend at the beach and relax for a bit before we dive in and really start looking again, but I might be reaching out.

Media is a great place to live. There isn't necessarily a reason as to why it wasn't on this specific list. There are so many different suburbs with a walkable downtown, so there are a bunch of good ones that I didn't mention, Media being one. If I listed them all, it would've been like a 45-minute video. I'm happy to help you all with finding a place to put down roots. Feel free to reach out whenever you're ready. Might not be a bad idea to speak before you spend a few months at the beach so I can recommend some more places to research based on your lifestyle, budget, etc. Talk soon!
