My dad grew up going to Catholic school in Pakistan because they had the best schools and foreign teachers. He even learned Italian as a result and helped in the church although he was ethnically Muslim. His own father died on the second biggest shipwreck in history after the Titanic, the MV Dara; alongside Christians and many other creeds.

Islam provided the world with many important things throughout history and to this date, like University, hospitals and pharmacies, plastic surgery and anesthesia, even stuff as basic as soap, shampoo and perfume was provided by islam. and that doesn't mean they owe islam anything at all, this is how we prosper as human being we have to learn from each other, i mean Christianity provided a lot too, stuff that we use on daily basis. the important point is that one should not see himself better than the others and to not assume anything about others without education.
