But it changes the sense, when we say I received the email too late means the email was sent by anyone but we want to say it to a specific person, then what should we say it? What if this person is sitting in many people, we must point to the specific person by using "you" how can we remove it?

Good question. Basically, if you really have to point to the specific person, then you can use 'You'. Personally, I have found this case extremely rare, as it is preferable to keep a good working relationship.

Pronunciation is related to the word itself, focusing on which syllables should be emphasized and how certain letters (or combinations of letters) should sound when spoken. Enunciation refers to how clearly and distinctly a particular individual forms the sounds that make up a word. You decide.
