That’s also a great way of introducing yourself. Personally, I leave virtues till later in the interview when I get into specific projects or achievements. Either way is fine👍

They can be synonyms but it depends on context. ‘Coincide’ is often used for events or times, so ‘align’ is better for today’s context of matching philosophy or ideas.
