I did this with a logo that had already been cut out. My beach picture had a top view. If I drag the logo half on sand/half on water - it looks like the water is washing the logo away. Awesome effect that I didn't really want - happy accident :D

at 4:38 you drag 'dripping' image onto your photo and it works but for me the dragged photo is still black (even though i saved it as png.). I can change the blend mode etc but it doesn't get rid off the image outline. How do i get the image inserted seamlessly (like yours) so that i don't have to change the blend mode?
