Cheers Luke, the speaker inside this was replaced with an ESU 8ohm bass and sugarcube combo, very good speaker to give the sounds a real boost

@@DanStanbridge I've used one of the,m in an Austrian diesel. It's a wonderful speaker. I had a conversation with Cavalex before it came out and then had been involved in getting ESU to do it.

If I had to choose between this or Bachmann it’s a hard one for me to be fair, however I would go with Bachmann 37 BUT the 21 pin version, simplest reason for that, easier to work with, easier to get decoders for them and out of all the Bachmann 37s I have not one has ever gone wrong. Considering I have a fair few offerings from Accurascale of the 37s I’m still blown away by the detail the models come with but the upgrade of the speaker that 402 had has made all the difference I must admit.

Thank you very much for the comment, well worth the last minute dash the night before to bag these two fine machines in action, the bonus and also the let down were the 20s coming out to play with them dropping down so far it eliminated the sound of the 56s departing.

Especially when they have been sat for a while before departure, thanks for the comment
