Hi, Graham when you get a moment if you dont mind me asking when you first turned on your Sanctuary 2 for the very first timd did you notice any odor from the heaters? I think it may be the door heaters but it could also be the wall ones. It kind of smells a little like a burning curling iron smell. Maybe because it is new? I am wondering if you experienced this and if it dissipates. Im hesitant to use until that resolves. It is definitely a work horse. That is impressive. I got it up to 170 on the first try!

Hi! Quick question if you don't mind! My Sanctuary 2 arrived and is assembled the heaters have gold heat rods inside and the outside is covered in black felt. Do yours look like that? Thank you!

@@GrahamsonaRoadTrip Yes, I have already been in touch with someone, but if for whatever reason she becomes unavailable, I'll try Julie! If you don't mind my asking is is pricey to go from the 15 amp to a 30 to support the 2 person? Maybe it just depends on each homes wiring situation. Did you have to do anything extra to get the plug on the floor inside the unit to power the third heater or is that floor plug already powered by the unit itself?

@GrahamsonaRoadTrip 3 ай бұрын
@kellyalves6505 Yes to all of your questions. It depends on your sauna size as well. We had to upgrade our outlet for the new power cord as well but ours is a 2 person. Each sauna has its own requirements. Great I’m glad you have a good dealer but be very specific with your dealer to make sure you have the right power requirements. Some dealers out there can be lazy on those details. I hear horror stories where people are not set up right for the power requirements and get a surprise when trying to set up their sauna. I also cover that in the video here as it relates to ours at around 14 minutes into the video. So that should help you too. kzbin.info/www/bejne/mWWoeYKGosujbtksi=ST5-WT2ThEWd0FhL

@@GrahamsonaRoadTrip Thank you for your reply! I noticed in the manual of the halo therapy device that it recommends not operating in temperatures above 140°F, and I’m curious about the reasons behind this guideline. However, I was reassured to hear you’ve been using it at higher temperatures like 160-170°F without any issues. It's great to hear about the positive results you've been experiencing! Could you confirm if you've consistently seen good outcomes even at these higher temperatures? Thanks again for sharing your experiences and for responding to my query. I really appreciate it!

@omarag6419 yeah our sauna is typically being used at about 150-172. They might advise that as well to keep the solution in the pods lasting longer but I have no idea. I typically use it most if I get sick. It seems to help me heal faster but that’s my experience and everyone is effective differently. I compare it to running a humidifier but supercharged. So yes it still works. My only issue is I forget to charge it.

Hey there, great video and I am going to order my sanctuary two. Do you find when you’re sitting down leaning up against the back rest and watching an iPad in the cubby that the height of the cubby/iPad is too high? Does your neck get tired looking up or is that not an issue? Also, when you’re leaned up against the back rest sitting sideways I’m guessing you cant stretch your legs out, so they just have them bent with your feet on the bench?

Awesome good for you. You won’t be disappointed. Hopefully you have a good dealer you are working with. If not I recommend Julie. To answer your questions. 1. No the height doesn’t feel too high. I don’t think that will be a problem. 2. Yes unfortunately you can’t stretch the out all the way. At first it kind of bugged me but I am used to it now. If you want to stretch you might consider the 3 person or corner model. But Julie could guide you on that a little. If you think of anything else don’t hesitate to ask.

I took delivery this week of the Sanctuary 2. It was easy to set up, with 3 people. All the parts fit together perfectly, but it is easier with 6 hands (esp fitting the heaters to the front glass). It is stunning to look at. My only issue now is that it doesn't get very hot (for a person used to using the steam heat in the gym). I set the temp to 175f, but the max temp it gets to is 133. I am having the electrician come to set the sauna to it's own breaker, and suspect it is not getting enough power.

No hookups but we were there in September so didn’t need to run AC. As I recall the park campground fee was only like $15-$20 per night. That said the KOA is probably a better choice if it’s hot and there is more to do if you have young kids.
