Thank you! My Halo One just came in and I wondered where best to place in my same 2 person Clearlight Sauna. And here you are :-)

Nice! Thanks for watching our video Suuz. We have made a few sauna videos and I think if I was wondering that then someone else might too. Im glad it helped!

Excellent video as always. I'll have to consider that as an add-on to my Sauna this winter.

Thanks so much for sharing! How are you liking it a year later? How often have you used it when you’ve been in your sauna?
@GrahamsonaRoadTrip Жыл бұрын
Thanks for watching! It’s a great machine and still works perfect. I don’t use it every week per say but if I’m congested, or have a cold I up the sauna use and start up the HaloOne on every session. It works great and helps me heal a lot faster. Of course that’s anecdotal and I can’t say everyone would respond the same way. But if you’re debating on getting one you won’t be disappointed.

Is this battery only, or can it be directly plugged in? How long does the battery run on one charge and how long does it take to charge this?
@GrahamsonaRoadTrip Жыл бұрын
Lots of good questions. 1) It can use battery or plug in 2) I used it 3 times a week and after a month it still had a charge. So I would say at least a month. Being that I used it in a sauna I never plug it in.

Good review. I'm considering buying one. I have the Santuary Y. Must admit, since the covid pandemic I've lost much confidence in what doctors tell me. I'll just research and make my on decision..

Great thanks. If you need help Julie is a good source. Isn’t that unfortunate? You have to triple check everything you hear these days. I really take my time to study before I recommend and I will say this device has been amazing. My opinions are anecdotal but anytime I get sick it goes to my chest. So, I up the sauna and halo use. I seem to heal much faster and breathe better. Good luck on your research. Thanks for watching!

I got one it arrived today but I don't have a sauna yet was told I could put it in any room, but I don't know where and I don't want to put It on the wall yet. Any ideas or suggestions?

Congratulations on buying a Halo. It’s a great device. I would advise not in a large room. Next to your bed is always a good option. If you bought from Julie she can also help you with re orders of your salt pods. She has been great for our viewers. Let us know how it’s working for you. Thanks for watching our video. THANK YOU!! but why they mention not to exceed 140f?

I’m not aware of the 140 recommendation.

@@GrahamsonaRoadTrip Thank you for your reply! I noticed in the manual of the halo therapy device that it recommends not operating in temperatures above 140°F, and I’m curious about the reasons behind this guideline. However, I was reassured to hear you’ve been using it at higher temperatures like 160-170°F without any issues. It's great to hear about the positive results you've been experiencing! Could you confirm if you've consistently seen good outcomes even at these higher temperatures? Thanks again for sharing your experiences and for responding to my query. I really appreciate it!
@GrahamsonaRoadTrip6 ай бұрын
@omarag6419 yeah our sauna is typically being used at about 150-172. They might advise that as well to keep the solution in the pods lasting longer but I have no idea. I typically use it most if I get sick. It seems to help me heal faster but that’s my experience and everyone is effective differently. I compare it to running a humidifier but supercharged. So yes it still works. My only issue is I forget to charge it.

are the screws IN the grooves?

Thanks for watching Michelle. I used the wall plate as a guide and the grooves to line it up. Then yes the screws went in the grooves.

How to you keep the Halo one from setting off the fire detector? I keep getting C5 error code
@GrahamsonaRoadTrip2 жыл бұрын
Hey David thanks for watching. I’m not sure as we haven’t had that issue. However you might check your placement of the unit in your sauna. But I researched Here is what Clearlight says. If you are seeing the C5 error on the keypad when using the Halo One in tandem with your sauna, it is due to the smoke detector in the sauna. 2. The smoke detector would need to be disconnected to clear the error. 3. The smoke detector wire is a 3 wire black/red/purple. It’s the only one that is this color. and would need to be disconnected from the power supply. If you need further assistance, you may reach out to our service department at 800-798-1779 x2
@davidbenner34452 жыл бұрын
@@GrahamsonaRoadTrip for anyone who might also have this issue…. Hitting the AUX button 3 times will flash code CO FF on the display and disable the smoke detector for that 1 session. That way you do not have to disconnect the smoke detector cable. Nice feature that was added!

Genius David. I will try to post a video on that. Thanks for sharing

Yep. You’re buying convenience. Most people won’t mix their own.

Clearlight told me I would not be able to refill my own cartridges? I find that hard to believe. IT is a 3% Saline Solution... Maybe it has something to do resealing the container with their proprietary tape or glue?@@GrahamsonaRoadTrip
