Yes I have noticed that if you quit Facebook you will just dump more time into Instagram. If you quit instagram you will just dump more into into youtube. If you quit KZbin you will just dump more time into eBay

I use both. My office job requires me to have a smartphone for several reasons (and my corporate phone number is actually in a VoIP app). At the end of my shift, I turn it off and continue with my flip phone ✨. I also use a smartwatch to track activity, but it doesn't have an internet connection by itself, so I don't get any notifications.
