Hello there, Nice to see your content you are really doing well ❤ but here i notice video editing part ...video editing can convert your content to Next Level and Viral💥 if your videos look attractive then you can get huge engagement and convert your revenue 5x more. I am a video editor. If your say then i will do for it with 100% satisfaction, its not video editing it about telling a story about your self business or may be the world around in today's everyone try to tell there own story but sometimes words are not enough and the come video editing and i am also able to provide a Sample can i?

The last one minute was the thing that took me a long time to understand. I quit social media 2 years ago and ever since then never wanted to go back to it. I feel like it was the best decision of my life. Yet, i don't think i fully reaped the benefits as i still was multitasking, listenting to music when i study or do some other task. Now, that is something i no longer do as i see that my mind still wants some kind of stimulation. You have made a great video explaining this! I really wanted to talk about this someday but you have made it in a short and sweet way. You have earned yourself a new subscriber Sam!

Look. Telling yourself to stop comparing to others is not gonna stop you comparing yourself to others. Thats not how our brain works. For example, if I tell you "Close your eyes and don't think of a pink elephant". What do you do? You think of pink elephant! Our thought does not follow our mind. Coming to realization that comparing yourself to others is futile isn't gonna cut it either. Our brain actually has a part, I believe it was thalamus? ( I could be wrong) that constantly tracks our social dominance hierarchy, which is done thru comparing ourselves to others. What I suggest is to try your best to voluntarily stay away from comparing yourself others like using SNS and stuff. And when you do compare still, you can remind yourself that it's natural to compare yourself to others because that's how our brain is wired.
@jonathanpangilinanjr.990519 күн бұрын
I agree. Like almost all things, comparison is a double-edged sword. A knife can cut a fruit or a person. And as the comment above said, avoiding comparison is totally impossible. I'm not saying people should do this but what works for me is being proactive. I compare myself with intention, with objectivity, and with purpose. I gain something from comparison. It's like a feedback. Why are they happier, more successful, or more powerful than me? What do they have or do that I don't? Comparison is a powerful tool, as well as other things. Using it correctly and moderately is always the key. At least, for me.

Fun fact. Years back I quit 9gag, reddit and facebook, and very very rarely use whatsapp for calls only, snapchat (for snaps) perhaps 1-2 times a week and reddit when it pops up with an answer that im searching for on google. Its all the same with instagram. I post a pic maybe 1-2 times a month, and I dont really use it except those days. For better or worse, I havnt chatted with more than 3 people and one family group chat through facebooks messenger this month. I use discord (mainly for 1 gaming group and 1 friend) and also youtube. I tried deleting youtube, but i had to use it on several occasions for educational purposes. Instead, i deleted the home app so I can only find the app on my ipad by actively searching for it. It worked. Until recently, I barely used it. I remember the first time i deleted reddit. I was extremely active and ALWAYS in a debate with someone. One guy reminded me i was debating with kids and that was it. I quit cold turkey. I remember sitting in the train the next day, staring at my home screen, having no idea what to use my free time for. Its insane how much “scrolling” takes away time, how addicting it can be and how narrow-minded it can make you. Its completely nuts. Even now, im currently a lazy f and i barely train, so there is always a question of willpower to do something “productive”. The free time can eventually be used for creating much needed outdoor memories. If you spend your entire youth on your screen, its not going to be something youre really going to remember as a “great” memory. In my case, i found a new hobby with photography. Before that it was training. Im also spending my free time learning new skills and yes, i also use it for gaming. Enjoying myself. Its way more pleasureable than scrolling for small rushes of pleasure until you get a headache. Just my two cents anyway. Scroll in moderation, diversify your activites. Live life to the fullest.

I quit once in 2016, came back in 2018, and left for for good in 2020. I can list only one thing I miss: Losing touch with family and friends who only use social media to communicate. There has been some boredom, and feeling cut off, but it's not really that different from the pre-Internet era. The things I don't miss are: Feeling overwhelmed in an sea of posts and memes that in the end don't matter. People who rage to hide their unhappiness and are venting their spleen at every chance. Psychotic Leftists who if you draw their ire want to dig through anything you have online to ruin your life and get you fired. Criminals, scammers, stalkers and crazy people all over. Corporations telling you what to think and parsing all your posts for marketing data. No more group think "Post this or you're racist or sexist" memes. Everyone from all walks of your life from your job to school showing up all at once. The best benefit is privacy, peace of mind and feeling comfortable in my own skin.
