There is nowhere even close to enough hose connecting the lower drawer to the back of the unit to pull it out as far as is shown in the video, and the drawer runners are in the way of the hexagonal socket screws to adjust the feet. You need a RIGHT ANGLE ratchet socket wrench to adjust the feet from inside the lower drawer cavity. You simply will not have enough space to get your body inside the drawer cavity and use the supplied plastic socket wrench.

There’s instructions to remove the steam wand, but they straight up do not work. I exchanged my first espresso for a new one when call support could not explain how to remove it, and the steam does not come off on the new one either. How do you remove it? Is there a video?

If anyone is experiencing water leakage from the freezer compartment, check the drain tube. The tube on my brand new unit was completely blocked with a 2 inch peice of foam insulation, from the factory . The tube can be accessed from the rear of the refrigerator and does not have a restrictor end on it ,like older units had.

I wish I could buy this refrigerator, but I got the Matte black range, fridge and dishwasher and this doesn’t come in it. It made me so sad because I love the quad doors.😢😢😢

Hello, I just purchased this machine two weeks ago and have been unable to use it as the “Espresso Machine is Overpressure” notification appears every time it attempts to dispense water. I’ve contacted GE support and was told to return to the store. Is there anything you can do to help me?

I don’t need replacement, but one of mine came off loose and tried to place it back in and it still loose I’m afraid it will fall off or not be able to use it properly turning it off causing to leak gas in the house

awful baffle design. The lip on the drip tray is only 1/8" deep making it very unsafe for the baffles to rest on. The baffles can easily drop onto the oven range top with the slightest movement. This range insert should be recalled and redesigned.

Kinda dumb…. So anytime you want to fill a glass of water you have to open your fridge doors and let all the cold air out to do so and stand there with the doors open while you’re filling your glass of water could you imagine having two kids that do this also. LOL 😂

I’ve purchased this machine and have been using it for several months now. ESPRESSO !! FYI to those interested in espresso @ home, the quality of beans you put in will reflect the coffee you get out. With that said, every bean will grind differently and produce different results. I’ve poured espresso shots everyday and have never experienced any inconsistencies or issues. Please take it upon yourself to do research before blindly brewing. Modern espresso is calculated and measured. Your methods are likely not. Haha. The grinder function works great although I’d suggest you invest into getting a scale to be sure your dose (amount of ground coffee) is consistent. A dark roast requires more maintenance within the grinder and should be cleaned more frequently. (This may explain some issues expressed in past reviews) Whereas a light or medium roast produces less oils, hence a cleaner grinder. The steam wand creates beautifully textured milk, and is quite forgiving considering the pace of steam. (I did find the water function out of steam wand quite odd) I bought this machine because the reviews were especially bad. All in all, I am amazed with the features and quality of espresso I am able to pull at this price point!
