Hi Mike, the straps are adjustable. Under the chest strap cushions you will find how to adjust them.

Yes the stroller seat unit is suitable for newborn as it's able to lie flat.

Hi, I'm sorry but we don't know that for sure. The pioneer has its own carrycot, so you won't need a babynest on the seat unit

Hi Chelsea, the lowest height of the handlebar in oyster 3 is 100cm, which I believe should be ok for you.

I am 5ft1 and the handle is perfrct height for me on lowest setting. Stretches up enough for my 6f lt husband too!
